The office was able to squeeze me in two days later with Dr. Reep, who completed the full-body scan. When I called to set the appointment, the scheduler was very specific with directions, and I had no problem finding the building; I feel it's unfair for others to blame the office when they are the ones who are running late and/or can't find the place. I arrived early and the receptionists couldn't have been more friendly and professional. They had me look over and sign my paperwork, processed my co-pay, and instead of waiting until my appointment, they were able to get me in a few minutes later. The ladies who asked me medical questions were friendly and efficient, and Dr. Reep was, as well. He was very thorough, talked through the entire process, and had a wonderful bedside manner. I now have a dermatologist, it would seem, and I feel lucky that circumstances steered me to him. I swiftly booked my appointment for next year and was in and out of the office a lot more quickly than I'd anticipated. I cannot recommend this practice enough, and I thank the entire staff for contributing to a very positive experience.

I said well someone didn't do their job and never called me Notthing! Wasted my time wasted my gas on driving there. What a joke. So quick to refuse to see me but can't do your job to begin with ?! After a few basic questions from staff, I waited for the doctor for another 15 minutes. Dr. Amy is enthusiastic and will listen to your concerns. She's very quick and will move on to the next. So be sure to have your questions ready so you don't forget anything. Nice to get a few samples from the team as I headed out. Restroom available in the hallway. Just grab a key at the checkin desk.
