He was confident, professional and efficient, but not much of a conversationalist = all business. They do pack their schedules tightly, so be expected to wait. My average wait has been about 30 minutes. I would go to them again, even with the wait times.

I was referred by the Forest City office to the Shelby office for a laser treatment/procedure. That is what the appt was made for. Evidently these offices don't communicate. When I got to the Shelby office for the appointment, the Forest city office referred me for, the records were not available even though they are the same practice. And the records should have been in their system as I had been seen twice in Forest City for this exact issue. The nurse and doctor just wanted to send me away. They did not try to contact the Forest City office or help in anyway. I had to call them. Then, there was no service. So I walked all over the practice looking for a phone or reception. No one could tell me where I could use a phone or where service was available. Then, no one would answer in Forest City. When the robot finally picked up I waited 20 minutes for no one to answer. I went back to the room. The triage nurse thought I had been "discharged". She was clueless. Even though she knew I was trying to reach someone in the Forest city office to help me. Left with no laser treatment, which is what I was referred by their Forest City office for. Huge waste of time. Not good practice. Don't recommend.

I decided that I probably should find somebody else that really cared about their patient . If he would have looked at it and then said that since I was there for a follow up appointment and there was no charge for it and if he needed to do anything to the place I was wanting to be looked at it would have been better to me because he had said that the place he biopsied probably wasn't anything and he was 98% sure that it wasn't and less than a week later I got a call that it was cancer on the first place so that should have been a sign but I am VERY PLEASED with the Doctor and the entire staff at this office

This Dr. Has been here or has been a Dr for over 20 years so I'd say she has seen everything by now. I had one spot on my back where one mole or freckle was removed and near it I had a spot that felt odd and bothers me at times. She said nothing there but could be what's called a trapped nerve! I've never heard of that before but it is always the same area and when it runs against my clothes it drives me nuts! ( I'm sure I am not going crazy I promise! Lol) She was knowledgeable on everything I needed to know. They just recently sold out so they are now doing everything by lap top / ipad and it was a bit longer because they were learning the system. Then my husband had a follow up for his surgery on the new appointment day. This was not going well. I thought they would dump us for sure. I WAS WRONG!! These amazing people just rolled along with us on this journey. The office atmosphere is pleasant and very clean. The staff are all rock stars who know how to be both efficient and yet friendly at the same time. I think if the appointment had been an hour longer it would still have been great! The folks got us in and back out in no time flat and they did it without sacrificing our care. That is a skill quite lacking in most offices these days. I can't wait for our follow up!

My diagnosis was later identified with PCR/ molecular testing. I had a slow growing, unusual mold infection that was life threatening. Fungal culture doesn't always grow out organisms. If this doctor had been a good listener and truly wanted to help me he could have gotten the state or CDC involved to see why my skin had become black and why I had lesions on my skin. So many times minorities are treated very badly by physicians and ignored. I would not recommend Dr Peterson.

Many appts have been scheduled incorrectly and we have showed up for an appointment that they claim didn't exist. in fact this last one was urgent and game home early from vacation, paying a lot of money to do so, and once again they didn't have our appt in the system and were very rude and obnoxious, took zero ownership, didn't apologize and couldn't get us in for several days.
