After leaving me in the room for a while, he came back and completed the injections. When I checked out, I confirmed that I had only received treatment for one area, not two. A little over a month later, I called to schedule my next appointment to use the remaining 50 units. The receptionist pulled up my account and told me all 100 units had already been used. I explained there had to be a mistake, and she said she would check with the doctor. She later informed me that he claimed to have used the full 100 units at that first visit. I was shocked. I asked for documentation showing where and how many units were injected, and was told they do not record that information. I have never encountered a provider who doesn't keep detailed records for this type of service. It was very troubling to learn that the doctor did not follow what we agreed upon. I honestly do not believe he used all 100 units, but even if he did, it was unethical because I explicitly requested only 50 and specified the area of treatment. If he chose to make changes, he did not inform me or obtain my consent. Based on my experience, I believe this doctor is unethical. I strongly recommend choosing a reputable provider who honors both their Groupon offers and the agreements made during consultation.

The process was smooth and the esthetician took her time to explain to me what I could do to help protect my skin. The office was clean and easy to find. The Esthetician was very professional and welcoming. She gave me a mirror to check if I was satisfied throughout the process. She has flawless skin btw. I am so happy I found out about this place. Along with my Oxygen facial I added two addition treatments a scalp massage and a light therapy treatment. After I filled out a simple form it was time to get started. When I was finally settled in the chair I started to relax the music choice was just perfect and usually spa music is the same old tune but the selection she had was perfectly curated. She started with what I believe was a cleanser and immediately I feel the little bubbles popping on my face and I could hear it was quite the sensation. She did her work with extractions and the routine of getting a facial. I find really enjoy the oxygen portion of the treatment as the devices she used was cooling and with her soft hands massaged my skin (possibly the softest hands ever!). During my light therapy treatment I even was graced with a hand arm massage. It all was so relaxing. I was also happy I added the addition scalp massage because along with her hands she had tools she used to massage the scalp and it felt so good. My overall experience here was top notch. To start, I arrived at 10:45 AM as instructed by the person who called to confirm my appointment a few days prior. When I arrived, the suite door was locked and I was unable to get inside. I called the establishment multiple times with no answer and was left standing outside waiting. Finally, just before 11:00 AM, someone unlocked the door without greeting or acknowledging me. Around 11:05 AM, I was finally asked for my name for what I assume was the check-in process. Then at approximately 11:17 AM, I was brought to a room and told to undress. At that point, I immediately noticed the machine in the room was not an actual Hydrafacial machine as advertised. My treatment did not begin until well after 11:25 AM. During the facial, the technician repeatedly left the room without explanation and never informed me about the products being applied to my face. To make matters worse, someone walked into my treatment room during the service without knocking and proceeded to have a full conversation with the technician while I was lying there mid-treatment. When the extractions began, the pain was unbearable -- easily a 10 out of 10. Even now, on Tuesday, May 12, my face is still tender to the touch, with bruising on and near my nose. Overall, this experience was beyond disappointing and completely unprofessional.
