The new patient forms were all online, which was SUPER convenient! I got email and text reminders about my appointment. I arrived shortly before my appointment time and was called back very quickly. The nurse had an iPad with all my info readily available & she came in the room having already read over my paperwork. I can't tell you how nice it is to not have to repeat yourself 10 different times. After I went over my concerns, the nurse went away for maybe 5 minutes and came back with the doctor. She took the time to listen to me. I never once felt rushed, in fact I felt like the only patient in the place. I ended up wanting to get Botox and instead of making me schedule an appointment for that, she took the extra time to do it right then and there! She went over all of the pros and cons & provided me with clear expectations. I really couldn't ask for more.

I was able to complete them prior to my appointment. Therefore, when I walked in her office there was no delay. Dr. Arrington's office was immaculate. Her staff was professional and friendly. I was a bit worried if there would be a hard sell at the end since I saw skin products on display. This was not the case. Her exam was thorough. She explained that the dry patches on my arm and the coloration on my face were not something I needed to worry about. She gave me detailed information on what I was doing correctly, and what I could change. In the end, she felt I was all good health. My understanding of the agreement was that it required patients to resolve legal claims through arbitration rather than in court. I chose not to sign the agreement because I was not comfortable waiving my right to pursue past, present or future claims in court. As a result, I was informed that I could not be seen unless I signed it. I believe patients should carefully review any arbitration agreement before signing it and understand its legal implications. This requirement was significant enough that I decided to seek dermatology care elsewhere. I had previously referred several people to the former practice, Divine Dermatology, and have since let them know about this policy so they can make their own informed decisions.

Laura Millns helped me develop a plan of treatment for addressing several pre cancer areas particularly on my face and neck. I am very satisfied with the Levulan and Blue Light treatment. It resolved beginning problems and identified advanced pre cancer areas that I followed up with more aggressive meds. Try the ZO Sunscreen and Primer with only titanium dioxide. I've been to PA Caitlin Beach twice in two years for a full body skin scan and biopsy. She's so knowledgeable, patient, gentle, and professional. Best of all, she takes the time to listen to my insanity, paranoia and endless questions ... regardless of how busy she is, she answers them all. Everyone there is so sweet and helpful. They will refer you to plastic surgeons, give you samples if you ask and do anything they can to work with you regarding prescriptions. Apparently skin ointments aren't always covered, they will find generics or mail order, anything they can do to help with your budget. Parking is easy because it's at Bay Care. Office is clean and modern. Reason for four out of five stars is the same complaint I have for every medical professional here in Florida ... No evening hours or alternating Saturdays. Back in NY and NJ this was never an issue. Florida doesn't seem to consider the 8-5 p.m. employed/non-retired folks.
