What was suppose to take 30 minutes took nearly 2 hours. My door frame was massively chipped during…read morethe job of putting a lock on my front door and my floor tile was chipped due to Sam not laying down some sort of padded floor protector prior to starting the job. Half way through the job I gave him a floor mat because I kept hearing things drop. When I called Sam to let him know he chipped my floor he stated "things happen" on work sites. He did take 95 dollars off for the door chip but what it will cost to fix my floors wasn't worth the work he did. All in all it was a sloppy disappointing job.
