Two of our party had bruschetta for starters and absolutely loved it . Main courses of salmon , beef and lamb were consumed with much enthusiasm and were rated very highly indeed. Bread and butter sticky toffee pudding was out of this world. Coffees were accompanied by oohs and arrs so I can only assume that they were superb. Others had fish cakes, pork tenderloin, lamb, and a variety of starters and desserts; but really everyone was complimentary of their food. Service was also above par. Friendly, attentive and smiling, even while putting up with our banter. Highly recommended restaurant.

You walk up past the farm and the goats who's milk this cheese is produced from, and ring the bell of the house. Out pops the lady and shows you all the products they have available that have been produced right there on the farm. At this time of year, stock is a little limited, but the lady explained to us that the milk production had just started again and they were soon to be very busy producing lots of goats cheese. She let us sample a few of the different cheeses she had available and we plumped for some hard cheese with a paprika rind and some soft cheese balls in garlic. Both were very tasty, and buying a product direct from the farm where they are produced from start to finish is something truely special.

For mains I fancied the pork belly pork stir fry and my mum the mushroom tagliatelle. Both portions were very generous and the crackling on my pork was perfection. The mange tout , peppers and onions were all a lovely consistency with tasty sauce and soft yoked egg perched on top. My mums dish looked wholesome but for a tad pricy for mushrooms and pasta. With our bellies full we left with a pumpkin latter to walk around the coast. Overall food was fabulous quality, served piping hit but just a tad expensive for what it was however I guess you are paying for the location. The café is adorable, nice and clean. The service was great and our waitress was excellent. She was quick and super friendly, and she gaves us tips on which dishes were best. The food is healthy, local and delicious. I had the haloumi salad with bulgur, and the latte I ordered was delicious too. The cakes looked amazing, but I was too full to try them. The atmosphere was great, with locals doing some arts projects in the corner and beautiful photos of climbs on the wall. The view is also very nice and if you bring your kids, they provide colouring books and babiccinos. Wifi included! Highly recommended!
