I have plans to go back and let her finish as her pricing is reasonable, she is polite, quick and timely. I found Tracey through a Groupon and was pretty wary because I had a couple less-than-stellar experiences with other estheticians. After researching and reading great reviews online, I decided to take a chance to visit her. As an actor and print model, my skin is an important asset and as I've gotten older, I've discovered that my oily and acne-prone skin had been taking its toll. In the past several months, Tracey has completely transformed my skin through her sorcery. I'm incredulous how after all the years of damage that has been done to my face has been reversed in a matter of weeks. I am a 40 year old male with a Pacific Islander background and people mistaken me for early-to-mid 20s every day. Tracey is so well-knowledged in her craft and will customize a course of action and a routine to suit each person individually. I have had microdermabrasion, chemical peels and, my favorite, Laser Pixel all at ridiculously affordable prices. Tracey truly loves what she does and is a truly wonderful person. She is a necessity to anyone's glam squad and I highly recommend her above any other in the area!

I started removal for two of my tats at Removery about 2 years ago. I had already been in the…read moreremoval process for about a year prior somewhere else. The laser Removery uses is SIGNIFICANTLY less painful than what I experienced at the place I was going before, which claimed to have had "the newest technology" (obviously bs). Removal is of course never going to be comfortable, but I would say the pain level with Removery's laser is about a 4/10 compared to dang near close to a 10/10 at the other place. I had some issues regarding a misleading consultation that resulted in unfair pricing, however, Angie the studio manager eagerly stepped in to help with a quick & fair solution. She is super sweet, along with all of the staff I've met at this location! I'm still in the long & dreadful removal process unfortunately, but Removery is trying to get the job done as quickly as possible while also ensuring not to cause any additional skin damage that I obtained at my prior removal place. I'm almost at the finish line, but super happy Removery prioritizes quality treatment over speed!

The staff was again very communicative throughout, from how long my wait time was to aftercare and how soon I could come back for a second treatment, if needed. And this was on a busy Saturday afternoon. The major difference was the laser itself. The laser has a built-in cooling system that chills the skin, DRASTICALLY reducing the pain that normally comes along with the removal process. It was an absolute night-and-day difference from my treatments in the past. And as always (I've had many tattoos done here) the staff is friendly and the place is spotless! A very strong 5 out of 5.

This suggested to me genuine integrity. The person who removed my tattoo was competent and friendly throughout--she obviously had great experience and expertise--she was confidence-inspiring and also friendly, and also a font of information about tattoo removal, if I had questions or was just interested. It's a small thing, but--the communications from Removery about upcoming appointments were friendly reminders, no marketing going on--no pushiness just because Removery could text me whenever it felt like it! The way my experience with Removery was--I would say Removery is competent, and more than competent, it has great expertise to offer, and is honest, professional, and trustworthy. Oh! And my two tattoos that desperately required removal-?--they're completely gone! OK, one teensy weensy, teeny tiny black dot, but you won't see it unless you're looking for it. No skin damage, no scarring. So--it all worked out!

Years ago my aunt from Australia came to visit and I never realized how nice and bright her lips…read morewere. I complimented her on the fullness and brightness of her lips, and that's when she stated to me that she had a lips tattooed.... Immediately after, I knew I would have to get mine tattoo/tinted because how good it looked. I was very hesitant on where to go because this is permanent, and its on my face.. FINALLY after looking for the right person, I found Robyn at Ink & Arch, and I am SO glad I did. Robyns work is so beyond what this review can describe. From the moment I walked into her studio I felt like I made the right decision. She took her time penciling out my lip line before she got started tattooing. The lining was clean and accurate, she checked in with me the whole time to make sure how I felt about it. She did great penciling out my lips so I trusted her to proceed. We looked at colors, which she has very many of and I chose a pinkish/light red color (mixed two colors together) After the tattoo processing began, I was nervous naturally and of course it hurt just a bit but this is all expected. Robyn checked on me throughout the whole appointment to make sure I was ok! Upon completion, Robyn pulled up a mirror to my lips, I was in complete shock-- I absolutely LOVED my lips, the lining was FLAWLESS. I honestly couldn't believe how great my lips looked. The best feeling is waking up in the morning and looking lively because of my lips. I have received tons of compliments on my lips, sometimes I want to play it off like its my natural lip but I cannot because that means I wouldn't be able to rave about Robyn work. If you have the slightest inclining that you want to do it, just book, she will not disappoint! Ps- PRIOR to my appointment with Robyn, I was planning on getting fillers after my lips healed from the tattoo. I no longer needed to do that because the color added so much fullness and boldness to my lips so I decided to skip out on the fillers. I am so happy with my decision! (Lips tattooed June/21, Still very pleased with the results)
