She was wrong- a contractor confirmed it was because whoever laid the floor didn't give it enough room for expansion. It only needed to be trimmed along the baseboard. She also said she would work up her thoughts on the value and have it to me the next day- nothing. Obviously she didn't want the contract and I suspect that is due to it being too far from her pristine area of Farragut. She knew before she came where we were located. What a waste of my time.
