The variety of dumplings are: pork with cabbage; mixed meat with carrots and eggs; mixed meat with paprika and eggs; mixed meat and celery; mixed meat and long asparagus beans; beef with carrots and egg; coriander chicken, sweet corn and green peas; shrimp, pork, beef with cabbage; shrimp pork beef with cilantro; and vegetarian dumplings too! The dumplings can be purchased uncooked or frozen. The owner was quite friendly and helpful. We decided to buy a variety of frozen dumplings of her choosing. They are made fresh every day. Very easy to prepare yourself - boiled for soup or pan fried (instructions included) Or They can be prepared for you. The best dumplings in Hamburg!!

One course brought some really great prawns. They were messy to eat, but delicious. After the two (or three, I forget) main courses came some amazing soup, and after that we got one small sweet dish. I got the beef congee and beef noodle rolls. The dim sum prices here and in Europe in general is expensive (I.e. starting price for dim sum dishes is ~7 Euros). Our food came out fairly quick and the food was very delicious. I think this was one of the better meals that I had during our Hamburg trip. The restaurant is close to Hamburg Central Station. So it's a good location to enjoy a nice meal here before or after your travels. Overall, I would return again in the future.

The only thing I sent back was the mushroom tea (what??). I asked if they could just please bring regular old tea. Now, here's the kicker: the bill can to 125€, which isn't bad for six people. They didn't accept cards, but that wasn't an issue either since I had plenty of cash. I handed the lady 150€, and she wouldn't take it because it wasn't enough tip!!! Are you kidding?? She was super aggressive about it. My cousin, who speaks German, started asking "what?" and soon they were arguing! I pulled the150€ back and have her exact change. NO tip!
