When I first moved to Florida from the North East I was overwhelmed with how different insurance…read moreneeds are for home and auto and my realtor gave me The Thompson Agency, Inc. Phone number where I met my new agent, Joan who for over five years has always been there when I need her assistance and going through my first hurricane experience in 2024 Joan helped me navigate through this stressful time and not only was she always available when I called she would also check in with me to make sure that the insurance property loss process was going smoothly. It's so nice to call The Thompson Agency and have a person pick up the phone and not an automated phone system. I can always call Joan and get all my insurance questions answered and when the policy is up for renewal I can count on Joan and The Thompson Agency, and the Orlando office to check in with me and to review my coverages for the next year and to walk through my coverages to make sure I'm properly covered. When a hurricane hit central Florida in 2024 my house had damages and being new to hurricane insurance losses Joan not only assisted me on the steps to do she also was sympathetic and truly cared about us and our safety and without the support I received from The Thompson Agency, Ing and Joan I would of been a wreck going through this matter. I now have my golf cart, homeowners and auto insurance all with The Thompson Agency (Orlando office) and I couldn't be happier knowing that I have the best insurance company in central Florida. If you want to be treated like a person and not like a number reach out to The Thompson Agency and start experiencing the best customer service you can get! Thanks Joan for always being there for us and for many years to come!

Ms. Nicolette "Nikky" Revels at AWA Insurance in Fort Myers made the process of securing General…read moreLiability insurance for my General Contractor business as smooth as it could be. Throughout the process, she demonstrated professionalism, honesty, and extensive experience, along with exceptional responsiveness and dedication. Nikky took the time to understand my specific needs, clearly explained the available options, addressed my questions and concerns, and helped me make informed decisions. This was particularly important given the complexity of securing the appropriate coverage for my new business. When several policy-language issues arose, Nikky's determination and guidance helped get them properly addressed and the policy successfully issued. Her responsiveness, personal attention, and genuine commitment to her client stood out throughout the entire process. This is what excellent customer service should look like. Based on my experience, I highly recommend AWA Insurance and especially Ms. Revels. It was a true pleasure working with her, and I look forward to expanding my relationship with AWA for my real estate investments, engineering, and general contracting businesses.
