One of the nicest, and most patient and understanding is Theresa Mueller, one of the bank officers that has known and helped my mother for years. Another young, somewhat newer employee is Michael Torres. He has been great in helping me navigate some of the finer points of my situation. And what he doesn't know, he is wonderful about asking the expertise of Sarah Campbell, an experienced financial adviser, who also has been helpful. As soon as you enter, there's a very nice and friendly receptionist to greet you. If you need to see a bank officer, you sign in on the touch screen at her desk, then take a seat to the left or right of the receptionist. You can help yourself to coffee, to the right of the tellers. There's a couple of long tables to write out your business transactions. They encourage you to fill out all your transaction forms before you reach the teller. This is a very busy bank on a very busy road. The drive-up, 24 hour ATMs are also very busy at all hours of the day and night. The drive-thru teller in drive-up ATMs are all located behind the bank. This branch is open on Saturdays, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 pm., which is convenient.
