I was excited to see that I was receiving a sugaring style wax which I tend to prefer. Usually sugaring is much more expensive than a normal style wax, and so I was really pleased with the cheap price and the great service. The woman waxing me made sure to use tweezers to pluck a few hairs that didn't come up. She was very thorough! I was very pleased. One thing to know is that there isn't much signage telling you where to go in the building. You just go through the big front door and climb all the way to the very top and there you'll see the sign right in front of the door, and then you ring the doorbell and they let you in. Unfortunately there is no elevator so it's not disability accessible, but if you are able, don't let the hike to the top deter you from visiting this sweet, clean, and comfortable little shop :)
