We called two companies; both responded promptly and courteously. The other company said it would be several weeks before they could obtain and install a stair lift. Harmony happened to have one on hand that had been used only briefly; the price would be VERY good; and they could install it the same week. A no-brainer level decision. The stair lift was installed promptly and well. It's been functioning flawlessly. The people we interacted with at Harmony have been responsive and helpful.
