Was found out the day before the second delivery that it was coming again in the afternoon. Rescheduled for a third time where I was guaranteed by two representatives, with text message proof that it was coming that following Friday after 4:30 PM. I then received a text message after speaking to the six representative that it was coming in the afternoon. I finally got a hold of an in-store manager after calling Customer service a few times. He changed the delivery for Saturday. As I'm writing this review, I am continuing to get emails that it is coming Friday, today, let me remind you No one will be home and there are building restrictions, however, I was told in store that it is actually coming Saturday, but I did not get any proof or email confirming that. This has been the worst customer service experience, especially as a first time buyer. I requested a full refund of the nightstand, which has not been accommodated for, I've asked for a full refund of my white glove service, which I only got a partial refund for. it has been almost 2 weeks and I still have not got my replacement and the lack of service between representatives is unacceptable. Come to find out that actually zero notes left for the delivery team, which means customer service did whatever they could do to get off the phone with me. Absolutely unacceptable. never be buying from Bob's again or recommending it.

I am 69 years old and trying to lift the bed with one hand and use the other hand to find things is very difficult. I thought paying $11000 for would entitle you to decent customer service but they need to come out and diagnose the problem and then come back with the proper part to fix the problem and they charge you for 2 calls. I am willing to pay one time for them to come out and fix the bed, but that is not their policy. They should be up front about their service when they sell the bed. If I had known about the lack of service, I never would have purchased the bed. Just make sure you are aware of their service after all the warranties are done.
