Have to pay out of pocket to a dealership to have repairs made properly. I would not trust this body shop with a Matchbox car. Door was replaced BUT the seal not properly installed, you can hear wind when driving over 15 mph. Windshield came back with 3 chips and the side mirror on the opposite side of the truck was scratched. There is residue on the leather arm rest adjacent to the door. To top it off, the customer service is horrible, a man and a woman that work the phones are very unpleasant. Communication is severely lacking and what I thought started off as a good transaction ended up horribly as soon as we held them accountable for their dishonesty. The only sign of integrity, which was appreciated, was when the owner offered to cover our rental to the tune of $2200, but that does not negate the poor craftsmanship on a $70K vehicle.

Mother Nature had be showing her lately, and you can barely tell that it has ever been in the rain! There were some extras with the wrap that I asked for and there were no additional charges! Absolutely fantastic customer service and products. Ruby (2025 XT5) is going in for some hail damage and the front wrap/ceramic, and I know that Omar and the crew will treat her right! And, as it turns out, they weren't even able to put on the invisible door guard which was written up on the estimate. A very disappointing result overall, and NOT what I've come to expect from Gerber. Kinda looks like this: Was the work done? Yes. Was it on time? No. Was it as stated? No. And I have to say, for the amount of work done, the price seemed high to me, but since (up to now) I've always had excellent work from Gerber, I was willing to pay a premium price. Based on the necessity of my return trip, I'm regretting that I committed to using them at this location. Gerber on Ogden in Naperville has been completely reliable, so I'd recommend you go there, as it's only 5 miles away.
