From the moment we connected, he was courteous, professional, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. He showed up on time and dedicated nearly eight hours to making the car look its absolute best. This car has been generally well-loved, but it carried more than a few furry friends along the way, so the dog hair was no small challenge--but he handled it beautifully. The attention to detail was remarkable, and the results exceeded every expectation. On top of that, his pricing was more than fair for the time and effort he put in. It's rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and treats their customers with such care. I would recommend Touch of Tone without hesitation to anyone who wants their car to look amazing. Truly outstanding service! They gave me a recommendation for a towing company to bring my car to their shop. They allowed me to leave my rental car there and they contacted Enterprise so that it could get picked up. They gave me a breakdown of everything that they did on my car. One of their mechanics went to look at the car with me to make sure that I understood everything and felt comfortable before I left. They vacuumed and cleaned my car that had not been touched since the accident. Before dropping my car off, I was too anxious to even get in my car. I was so appreciative of them taking that step to make sure that it looked great when I drove it for the first time in two months. The repairs were covered by insurance so I can't really speak to the price. However, in the past I never felt that they were overcharging. Overall, working with them was so stress free. After having a very hard time going back-and-forth with insurance, this was the blessing I needed.
