And yet,.. here is one more star/medal/prize: I came to Dr. Cooper for consultation about my old failing/failed implants. He took an X-Ray, then did a CT scan, shared his findings with recommendations, and gave me a referral to the oral surgeon/implantologist. How much do they usually charge you for a consultation + X-Ray + CT scan? I know the answer, been there, done that, and your answer is wrong: Dr. Cooper charged me $0,.. Nothing! Can you believe that? I don't want people to print this review and show it to him, "You charged this guy $0, and I want the same price", but I just can't help yelling from the roof of the world's tallest tower, "This Doctor/Dentist must be from another planet where humanity, kindness, compassion, and decency still exists!" And, of course, his staff is always "top notch", and I suspect that the staff usually mimic the doctor, and I learned that in my long life spanning apx. 3 generations. Only to show up and be told she had to pay $155 up front because they were not able to verify her insurance. She asked them why they couldn't verify it right then and they told her it would take time. I came in an asked the same thing and the office manager told me because she has other patients.......Huh? The office was complexly empty besides us and one patient that was in the chair. She also got mad because we wouldn't take that answer and started acting like I was treating the office staff bad and asked me to lower my voice like I was yelling. She also suggested that we find somewhere to else to go and we did exactly THAT!!! And had no issues by the way. I have filed a complaint with both my insurance companies and DO NOT recommend that you come here. It such a shame because Dr. Villa really is a very sweet man.
