I was very disappointed with the after-care I received at this dentist. I spent €90 to get a check up (told what work I needed done) and then as I told my dentist that I was headed back to berlin, where I live, I asked if I could have a copy of my xrays and what treatment was needed to show my dentist there. I was promised that I would be emailed this information. I waited for 13 days to receive an email from the dentist with the xrays but no copy of the treatment I needed to have done. I emailed back asking if I could have this information (as promised) forwarded on. I waited 4 days and still no reply. I then sent a second email asking if he could please send this on. I have now waited another 4 days. I am being completely ignored! I am a professional and to completely ignore someone after they have paid for your services and you have promised them a copy of their treatment is so rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend this practice because of this complete disregard, in my eyes, to a patient after their treatment. read more
