I've had dental work done in the past that's had to be redone, and have had my fair share of unpleasant experiences, even during routine cleanings. I've been so sore and in pain for days, unable to properly eat, from just a regular tooth cleaning - I used to dread those appointments. It was very simple to make an appointment online which was already a plus. This place is also about 10 minutes away which was also convenient. The front staff is nice, not rude or condescending like some other places. I didn't have to wait long until I was called in. I had X-rays done, and then the Dr came in and actually spent a good amount of time just getting to know me as a person. After looking at my X-rays and doing a quick exam, he gave me a simple treatment plan for one tooth. He explained everything thoroughly and answered every question I had. I was even able to get my teeth cleaned with Zareh the same day and he was really efficient and gentle - no pain or soreness afterwards at all. I'll be going for my treatment in a few weeks so I'm a little nervous but feeling optimistic. I'll have to update this review after treatment so hopefully everything goes smoothly.

On top of that, it almost always took around forty minutes just to get called in and wait for the doctor, despite multiple staff members. What was the appointment for? There was only one orthodontist, and she was only there two days a week. The rubber bands and brackets also broke very easily. I decided to get my cleaning done here since the doctor told me I had to wear my first set of retainers for a year. During that visit, the new doctor seemed mad at the assistant. Unfortunately, she chipped my front tooth and left a small cut near the corner of my mouth, something I didn't even notice until later that same night. Around the 20-minute mark, I asked the receptionist how much longer the wait would be. She went to check with the dentist and returned saying she didn't know. With no estimate or explanation, we continued waiting but eventually decided it was best to leave and take my child elsewhere. As I was informing the receptionist that I needed to cancel our appointments, another staff member came out to explain why the wait was so long. By that point, I had already scheduled an appointment with a different dentist. She continued trying to get me to reschedule or go to another location, which felt unnecessary given that we had already waited so long without being seen. I then requested that my child's X-rays be shared with the new dentist and was told the new office would need to call to request them. When the new office did call, they were told the X-rays could not be sent directly to them and instead I was texted a link to access them myself. This created extra back-and-forth during an already stressful situation. I understand that delays can happen, especially in pediatric offices, but the lack of communication, prolonged wait time, and difficulty transferring records made this a very disappointing experience.
