I had to replace my crown after 10 years, so I had an appointment with "Appex Dental Care"…read more I got a temporary crown and after 3 weeks waiting got my new crown which was very tight and was told it will get better. When I looked at it in the mirror at work, found out the crown is not fitted properly and looked very inward (not aligned with other tooth) and because it was so tight it gave me a bad headache so had to go back, then they took it out, gave me another temporary crown and had to wait another 3 weeks for new crown which in the end does not look good at all, look smaller than before and still a bit inwards. I just found out my brother had a very bad experience with them too and therefore left a feedback but they didn't take it positively and cancelled his appointment and threatened him that they will call NHS and report him (for what!! God knows)!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL NEVER GOING BACK TO APEX DENTAL CARE AGAIN!

Super clean, all the posters are updated and in proper frames, the seating area is lovely and the layout is lovely. My dentist (I really need to get her name) is delightful, she's professional and clearly knows her stuff, and is also super caring and helpful (talked to me a lot about more eco friendly dental care options). She's done a filling on a MASSIVE hole which just feels like part of my original tooth now. She's done an excellent hygienist session and is also talking about replacing a troublesome root canal cap which was done by a dentist with extortionate prices who is meant to be excellent. The front desk staff are lovely, as are the assistants. I honestly have nothing bad to say and actually look forward to going to the dentist. She even mentioned that my jaw opens wider than it should (an issue I've noticed before) and that I should call the practice at any time and she'll make sure she fits me in immediately if there's an issue. Honestly, finding this practice was a god send.
