I am so happy about the service I received from Dent Squad. My car looks brand new after it was pretty beat up with hail damage. They handled everything, even dealing with my insurance company. Very professional and pleasant. They took me to pickup my rental and even accommodated my crazy schedule when it was time to pickup my car. You can't even tell there was ever any hail damage. Dent Squad, thank you. You guys are the best!!!!!!!! read more

I made an appointment to get an estimate and the guy was a total douche bag. I walked in the door and all he said was "can I help you". They couldn't help me in my situation but even if they could I would never recommend them to anyone. The guy didn't even act like he wants business and had a terrible attitude. Good luck with that customer service. read more

They just don't call back. They must be so busy that they can't even return phone call back but they advertise " Immediate Appointments Available ". read more

Used them on the last hail storm on 2 cars (Infinity and Tahoe). I am using them again (Truck and Jeep) and I know they will do a great job again. I have referred them to many people and they have always delivered! read more

These guys did an amazing job on my truck. Great service and always professional !!

I had 2 cars damaged in the most recent hail storm. One was a lease car that was due back the week after the storm. Joe and the team at Dent Squad went above and beyond to get the car done very fast so it could be returned. The car came out flawless! read more

Fabulous service and work. Seth was superb. They even ordered a part for my car that wasn't part of the hail damage. So good. Nothing out of pocket was paid either. Highly recommend. read more

First on some smoothing on the Thunderbird couple years ago and just now on my 2018 Suburban, these guys know what to do and they do it. A pleasure to get your car fixed! read more

This place saved me a bunch of money. I can't believe the results on my Nitro. Excellent and quick service. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks Joe! read more

My car had over 100 hail dents and Brian and his team did what they said they were going to do regarding removing the dents. Trouble was that it took over 3 weeks when it was supposed to take 3 days. DentSquad said that the delays were due to delays from my insurance company but I have since come to believe that may not be true. The real problem came from them sticking me with the tab for the rental car when they were supposed to pick up the charges and my credit card was only in case I damaged the car. DentSquad (and Hertz Frisco, who must be in cahoots with them) switched the $550. rental bill to my credit card. Do not use these guys! They leave a trail of slime wherever they go. read more

To be honest, I did not expect to write a review - especially not a bad one. I went in after letting a Geico adjuster give me an estimate on some light hail damage. The Dent Squad guys took my car, estimated the damage to be some four times what the Geico adjuster had alleged, and they began repairs. I got my car back and everything seemed to look just fine. Then I scheduled with them to look at my wife's car. Remember - I scheduled. I called two or three times. These guys had told me that I should have the adjuster just meet me at the shop next time. They said it would save the hassle of doing multiple estimates, correcting the blatant errors of the Geico adjusters. They had told me on multiple occasions that, at their shop, they would be able to inspect everything properly under a hail light, while otherwise a Geico adjuster would just be doing a daylight inspection. So these guys suggested that I get my car in, let them look at it, put it under the light, circle it up, and let the Geico adjuster come inspect and approve. So I did. I scheduled with them. Called ahead. They wanted to make sure that there was room in the shop when I arrived. They knew our schedules - we didn't have too long. I told them when the adjuster would be arriving. I told them multiple times that I would not be leaving the vehicle that day - we had places to go and my wife still wasn't sure what all she wanted repaired. And this is true. But when I arrived, they pushed. They made my wife sign Power of Attorney. They kept trying to make us leave the car. I kept telling them that I just needed an estimate for the time being. An estimate - as advertised on their website. As we had discussed. But there lay the problem. My wife and I waited outside, just chilling and talking. We waited. And we waited. I became a bit nervous. The adjuster would arrive soon, but nothing had happened with my wife's car. These guys had merely washed it - and did a VERY BAD job! I had just washed the car recently and it was cleaner before their wash. : S Other than the wash, these guys really did nothing. What of the inspection? The lights? The circles? The estimate? No, nothing. Never. The adjuster came. The guys left for lunch. In the end, the adjuster had to do a daylight inspection. Liars. Frauds. Driven only by money. Again, I never would have wished to write such a review. Honestly. But now my wife is concerned even about my car. You see, the damage on my car was very light. Supposedly only the hail lights revealed the real damage. But that's the problem - I wouldn't be able to see now if they actually DID the repairs. So my family suggests that I take the car elsewhere for a re-inspection, to see if this shop actually repaired all of those microscopic dents. It's horrible. I don't know - maybe they do an okay job. But they lost our business FOREVER. They are LIARS. But they are GOOD liars. They will try to dance in circles until one becomes dizzy trying to follow their lies. Look, they simply promised an inspection. An estimate. A proper inspection and estimate. We scheduled. We confirmed and re-confirmed. But they would not have with seeing the car go. Once they finally relented and realized what I had been telling them all along - that we would be taking the car and returning at a later date - they gave us the boot. Their concern was only for how quickly they could fill their pockets. Unfortunately for us, this "later date" would obviously not fill their pockets quickly enough for their tastes. No, I would not suggest that anyone go to these guys. Find another shop. Find honest guys. Not these liars. Sorry, again, I wish that it had turned out better. I wish that I could write a better review. But this is the truth in the end. read more

A great group of skilled guys that do super work and support our community in many ways! Love them!

What a joke! stay away!!! They sub contract out the work to a guy doesn't show up for two days after promising me to come to my home , had to call three tiimes he finally arrives with his family/and 1 year old child looks at the 2013 ford explorer and says "well I been doing this for seventeen years and ah.....ah ....ah..if I start pulling the back off the lift gate i might break the pins" and can't get it back togeather I could drill a hole though and patch though....are you kidding its a dent the size of a quarter I said. Well let me get the vin numbers to see how many pins in case I break them ...ok I say...He says I will get back with you.... over a month and never heard from him ever again....pay the extra if you want the dents removed by going to a reputable company (paint/body) read more

It is just easier to say avoid this place as the other reviews are 100% spot on! I went in as it was close to my house and I though let me get an estimate on some hale damage as I had about 3-400 dimples and I was sick of looking at them.. so I call and schedule which was easy enough I pull up and the guy comes out and almost immediately asks about insurance, I tell him I am paying out of pocket so he continues to look at the car and again asks about insurance, I tell him I am paying don't worry about my insurance I just need an estimate at what it will cost.. So he then goes into this long story of how there could be frame damage underneath the panels and he has no way of knowing all the damage "that could be there until they put the hail lights on the car" so I again ask him how much ballpark and he tells me we never gives estimates as there can be so much damage that we cant see.. I was like thanks and drove off.. so needless to say I wasted an hour for nothing, save yourself some time and just pick another place. You can read my other review of where I ended up getting my work done, they were fantastic! read more

I chose Dent Squad for the first PDR job I'd done. When I picked up my car it seemed like the dents had been improved, but not gone and I just assumed the results were the norm. In 2010 I had hail damage and the insurance co hired the paintless dent removal company--the results were night and day! Dent Squad's work is horrible compared to my second experience. Finally, I recently hired a PDR repairman in the Frisco/Little Elm are who, again, delivered a MUCH better result. During my most recent experience I actually asked the vendor to give a quote to FINISH the job DentSquad started--as the vendor was assessing the job they asked me if the last vendor (DentSquad) had asked prior to DRILLING a hole in my door and showed me the cap they had used to hide the hole. Of course, DentSquad did not ask and did not tell me. Bottom line--don't use DentSquad, their work is POOR and they are shady! read more

I reached out to Joe after my car was hit with a gnarly piece of sheet rock on the hood. I made things worse by trying to hammer the dent out myself after a momentary bout of rage. I disclosed all of this to Joe and after a few, barely audible chuckles and after looking at a couple of pictures, he agreed to take a shot at it and do so at a fair price. I took it to him this morning and after about an hour of jokes and toiling on the dent, he had most of the dent out. But because the sheet rock and my hammer had stretched the metal too badly, he couldn't get it to his normal level of perfection. At this stage, I expected to pay in full for all his hard work, his entertainment and for getting the car in significantly better shape than I had it, but he refused. I was taken aback. I am not used to this exceptional level of customer service, especially from an auto repair shop, but this is what you can expect if you take your car to Joe. I'm a big fan! read more
