The attention to detail, paint match, body lines, and finish quality were excellent. You honestly cannot tell the vehicle was ever damaged. Timothy clearly takes pride in his work and did the repair correctly instead of rushing through it. What impressed me even more was the professionalism. This was a mobile repair at the house, and right before he arrived a large tree removal crew showed up next door with lifts, equipment, noise, and workers all around the driveway area where he was supposed to work. Instead of complaining or getting flustered, he calmly worked through the distraction, stayed focused, and still completed the project on schedule with excellent results. My mom is 90 and still enjoys driving her BMW Z4, so let's just say it's good to have someone trustworthy like this in the Rolodex when life happens. When my husband asked for a bill all he got was a business card as Jack and Pauly did not have a receipt that also included a warranty. They came to the house and performed the repair. My husband did not have enough wisdom to give them a piece of paper to sign confirming he paid them and validating the guarantee. So what kind of work did they do? I gave them one star because they pushed out the dent about 90% and then painted with a color that 90% matched So I called them and called them and emailed them. They said they would call back and did not. Now the bumper has developed an odd black mark where they painted and I called the father Vincent who lives in Florida. He never called back but he has lied to me. These men are dishonorable businessmen. They do not honor the quality of their work and give no customer service. Stay away from them and the Jeep. They are like the Zika virus. They make you sick and there is no cure and I feel bad about paying them. Also they were trolling in Timonium looking for new customers.
