I had an outstanding experience with Andrey. I have a white 2016 RAM 2500 that had almost a complete puncture in the driver side door as it hit a piece of sharp aluminum that was protecting a water line. I didn't think it was possible to repair without a complete paint job and he said he'd give it a try. After working on it for over an hour, he wasn't happy with his results so he didn't charge me a thing. It wasn't perfection like the other job he just did for my coworker but it was 90% better. Cannot recommend Dent or Ding highly enough! I put a dent in my brand new car and almost cried, but Andrey fixed it perfectly. My car has aluminum fenders which are much more complex to work with than steel but you cannot tell there was ever a dent there now thanks to the expert repair. It ended up being more work than Andrey originally estimated but as a man of his word, he did not charge me more than the quoted price although it probably took three times as long as he planned.
