They informed me it would cost me an additional $500-$1000 to repair my NEW AC!? How does a brand new unit start failing after a year?! I believe Armstrong sold me a used or refurbished unit because they haven't provided me any documentation to support that the unit purchased was new! I have contacted several times asking them for these documents! I have reached out to Armstrong multiple times and they still have not attempted to fix the problem!! It's been nearly 3 weeks and we're still have the same issues. If the issue isn't fixed in the next week I will be reporting them to the BBB and I will be seeking legal action!! If you're in the need of a NEW unit go somewhere else and do not trust what this company has to say, they are not worth your time!! Take it from me, save yourself and call someone else!!

I was not satisfied with my experience with the first company, but I am writing to praise, not criticize. So even though AA quoted a much higher price for the new unit than the first company, I was so impressed with Ed and his efforts that I had much more trust in AA and was willing to pay more for work I trusted more. Ed's knowledge of his business and communication skills are excellent, he is very responsive and professional. Ownership was also willing to negotiate on price, which I greatly appreciated. I was pleased to hear about good results from my renter when the work and walkthrough were done. On a side note, when they heard about some personal difficulties my renters were going through, they bought them a bouquet of flowers, which I thought was very classy. I am most definitely calling Action Air first the next time I need service.
