Most recently Timothy repaired damage on my mom's 2015 BMW Z4, including the passenger side rocker panel and front bumper area. The car came back looking absolutely brand new. The attention to detail, paint match, body lines, and finish quality were excellent. You honestly cannot tell the vehicle was ever damaged. Timothy clearly takes pride in his work and did the repair correctly instead of rushing through it. What impressed me even more was the professionalism. This was a mobile repair at the house, and right before he arrived a large tree removal crew showed up next door with lifts, equipment, noise, and workers all around the driveway area where he was supposed to work. Instead of complaining or getting flustered, he calmly worked through the distraction, stayed focused, and still completed the project on schedule with excellent results. My mom is 90 and still enjoys driving her BMW Z4, so let's just say it's good to have someone trustworthy like this in the Rolodex when life happens. I got a little bump on my Porsche Boxster S front bumper. I sent a photo to mr bumper usa and was…read moretold they could fix it for $200. Although this company advertises MOBIL WE COME TO YOU I was told I had to go to their location 60 miles away. They said they don't fix plastic bumpers Mobil only crome. I made the drive and everyone was very polite and accommodating. Until I was told they were finished. Before I even looked at the work the tech told me that because the car was old, when he heated the bumper it stretched too much and he did the best he could. He only charged me $50 for the work and said if I wanted it fixed perfectly they would have to remove the bumper, sand it and paint it and it would take 2 days. I told him I would think about it and let them know. When I got back home I started to clean my car and noticed that the bumper was not aligned. The passenger side (where the dent was) was worse than the drivers side but both were not aligned. I immediately called and left several messages about my concern. I sent pictures of the front of my car BEFORE they worked on it (with the dent still there) and both sides of how they didn't align now. They asked for several more pictures of different angles which I immediately sent them. Finally they said that THEY HAD JUST MISSED A CLIP and it was an easy fix. So again I made the 60 mile trip to St Cloud. I showed the two men how the bumper didn't align and they got very defensive. They said they never touched the driver side of the bumper. I told them that maybe when they disconnected the passenger side they moved the driver's side. They said no way they did that. They reattached the bumper as best they could and I left. More than anything I'm annoyed that I never got an apology and they still insisted they didn't move my bumper. They also showed me that the screw hole had snapped and that I brought it in like that. Idk I used Mr Bumper USA because your reviews were so good but I'm not happy. I have a messed up bumper that no longer aligns. I would NEVER recommend this shop if you have a plastic bumper. They have no idea what they're doing. Now it's probably going to cost me $thousands to replace the bumper.
