They were arrogant and condescending, including the front line people (the receptionists). They treated the patients as if they themselves, being healthy, were better than the patients. They treated the patients as if they were lying. The patients are spending their time exercising There....WHY would they go there to waste their time and money, just to LIE??????????????? Nobody likes to waste their time nor throw their money away. These therapists need to respect the patients, help them, trust them and MOST importantly ....BELIEVE THEM!!!!!
