All three of the dentists spent more effort aggressively trying to sell me on Invisalign than on actually discussing or examining my teeth. My teeth bled and were very sore for days after the last cleaning, the first time that has happened and the tipping point for me. The staff at the front desk are discourteous and while I understand the wait time is not in their control, the least they could do is apologize and provide accurate information. I was not treated with respect and would not recommend this practice to anyone.

However, I do appreciate that they did not ignore it and that they took the time to contact me and address it. I also brought my other son in today, and his visit was back to the kind of experience we have usually had here: smooth, kind, professional, and positive. That matters, because prior to the bad experience with my first son, my other children had always done well here and actually liked coming. So while I am still bothered by what happened and still believe it needed to be taken seriously, I also want to be fair. The office apologized, they are trying to fix it, and today's appointment showed me that the poor experience may not represent the practice as a whole. I appreciate them taking responsibility and working to regain trust.

We set up an appointment to check out the tooth. Everyone I encountered were really great, made me feel at ease. Made another appointment to have tooth extracted, which was good being the morning of, it had gone nuclear in the pain dept. Again, the staff and Dr. McCarthy, made everything go along fine. The plan I'm in has no out of pocket cost on certain things up to $2500 a year. The original doc recommended a $3600 procedure of which $600 was covered Dr Earp reviewed my X-rays and said that the procedure that was recommended would most likely break as I am a very bad tooth grinder.and have ground all the porcelain on my caps off in places. I don't know why I didn't think about that as it's so true. He offered a much cheaper procedure that was fully covered and was more than $3000 cheaper. I had the work done today and Dr. Earp continued to make sure I was alright throughout the procedure and now five hours later I feel fine. The office is immaculate. His COVID procedures the best I've encountered and his staff was super friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend him and his practice.
