She complained to the technician, who ignored her and when my mom provided her insurance card details, the girl was busy preoccupied with her cell phone. When I went to ask for her name, she did not turn around but was using her back to respond and did not want to provide her name as I mentioned I will be launching a formal complaint. Her initials were MN. My mom had written a review earlier today, however it was taken down. The technician said my mom's vein collapsed while she was taking blood and had to jab her twice. Lack of empathy and very unprofessional.

They are so nice, the nurses are excellent, and the entire staff is amazing. We got a private room, although I didn't ask for one (the regular room with multiple chairs was just as nice). They are very efficient and knowledgeable. They constantly asked if we needed anything or wanted a beverage or a snack. Halfway through the infusion, they asked me to make my next few appointments because I needed either a Saturday or Sunday. I am so happy that I found this place from a referral by my son's physician. My son used to go to the hospital for infusions, but the insurance wouldn't pay for a hospital setting, so we were scrambling around at the last minute to find a place that would take his insurance and administer the infusion. We went to Pt. Jefferson and they squeezed us in for our first visit. This was our second visit with the same "company," but the Syosset location is much closer to our house. I am thrilled with both locations and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an outside infusion center.

I had to spend $4,000 to have fat removed from my butt because it had been moved to put in the hip. The hip was fine so I couldn't sue for malpractice. I tried communicating with the lead doctor to see if they could reimburse at least half of what I spent with no response. I looked deformed. I have a 7" scar that is about 1" wide. When I hear from other women that they have small imperceptible scar and I see that their profile is symmetrical I'm triggered. The assistant came out of the office & told me to sign in & then she took my temperature which was 98.6. I return to my chair. The wait was about 20 minutes and I was called to go into the examination room followed by Dr. Layne. She wrote down the required information that I gave her. I was weighed & examined by the doctor. She told me that I had irritable bowl syndrome & that I was to keep a 6 week dairy of everything that I ate. She told me the food & beverages that I could not eat or drink. Dr. Layne sent me up to the Northwell Labs for blood work. I was relieved that I finally had taken action & I was in the hands of Dr. Layne who was calm and I definitely feel that both she and I will put an end to my misery.
