When you actually get her to commit to a meeting, she spends most of the time, as she's charging you, taking personal calls or calling friends asking what the laws of divorce are. Charged me $3,000 to retain and after a month ( case was about to be dismissed for non progress) of pushing her and listening to lies as to why she hadn't done anything in my case as promised, I had to go to court house and file my own motion and get my own court date. In 3 days I got done what she had a month and a half to do. Ended up on day of final judgment having her withdrawn from my case and representing myself and getting my divorce final by myself. She then threatened to put a lean on my house for $1200 more if I didn't pay in 30 days. All she literally did for me was file a motion to say she was the attorney on my case and one phone call to FOC. She did however blow up my phone to talk about " crazy clients" she has, ask for good reviews, and talk about how she fired her secretary for opiate addiction and asking for her pain pills. This lady is crazy!!! Also stood me up 2x. Save your money!!!

They responded quickly and began the process of investigating our case of medical malpractice/negligence which resulted in my young sisters' death. Emily Peacock took over the case, and was masterful, thorough, and calculated building the case against the nursing home, leaving no stone unturned. She and her team--including Cheryl Saba, Michelle Malley and Lynnae--kept me informed along each step of the road. This was a painful, difficult, and lengthy journey with many tears shed along the way; but Emily and the "girls" were all kind, thoughtful, compassionate, and understanding. They successfully achieved a positive outcome in our case, bringing justice to those responsible for my beautiful sisters' death. With complete confidence, I highly recommend Emily Peacock, and the Olsman, MacKenzie, Peacock Law firm, should you find yourself needing a personal injury / wrongful death attorney. He was referred to me by my divorce attorney, He was…read moresupposed to be her replacement because she had to go on maternity leave. I have evidence and proof he did not do much work at all. He was not even prepared for a passport motion I had in court. He did not email the referee anything before our court day to show proof that the other party in the case was lying. He read the email late to the referee while we were in court and didn't send anything before hand. Also he was on the call 1.5 hours early when our zoom call was at 10:30am he got on the call at 9am and I have proof. He did not even know the time of our zoom motion. Who get on a zoom 1.5 hour early. No one . And he charged me for that time. I felt he did not care about me. He was charging me for things he did not do and I have proof. Bad decision. Big mistake. I did not feel comfortable working with him. When I called his phone went straight to voice mail. He did not make me feel comfortable and safe and when he saw my review he threatened to sue me. Be careful everyone he may do the same with you. He could have called me nicely and talk to me about the review but instead he went straight to suing me for money I have never seen in my entire life. I am an instacart shopper and barely pay my bills and now he is trying to scare me by sending this email to me. This shows you want kind of person he is. Instead of him talking with me he goes straight to suing me for money I don't have any most likely will never have. This email was uncalled for. A simple conversation and Understanding of where I was coming from could have taken the review off yelp but instead I am editing it to be more clear about where I was coming from. I paid hIm $1500 up front that I had to borrow from a friend and family member and I have a balance of $2700 with him. I have proof that some of the itemized billing he charged me for he did not do the work. I am not lying and this is the complete truth and I'm sure he knows this is the truth. Now he is trying to scare me and sue me for $500,000. Seriously he goes this far because of a review no one as even seen yet. Wow hopefully people with see the review I just posted because everything I'm saying is the truth and he knows it's the truth and I have evidence and proof he did not do some of the work he claims he did. I'm not lying.

At first the rate was $1700, then it went up to $1800 for his paperwork and stuffs which is understandable. Then again he charged me $300 for joint sponsor. He didn't even tell me before about this issue. Basically I was forced to pay this since I was in the middle of that case. Since my case was taking long, I was asking questions on every steps to make sure everything is alright. However, he barely reply my questions. He totally ignored my emails, messages. If I send 5 messages, I get one answer after a long period of time. Then one day, to my surprise this lawyer gave me a rude reply that I have never expected from him. That reply stops me sending message, email or any kind of further communication with them. He wrote: ""Dear Mr. Hasan: You have exceeded the number of questions allowed in your fee. You have made over 100 contacts with us. Many of your inquiries are not within the scope of our work and are unnecessary. If you going to go to USCIS website and make up questions, we are not prepared to answer them. Your case is being processed at a normal pace. All additional inquiries, questions, e-mails and phone calls will incur $20 charge each time (from now on). If you do not pay, we will withdraw from your case."" Well, he could tell me that in proper way. What kind of professionalism is that? Instead he threatened me with charging $20 for each message/email. He also threatened to withdraw the case. If you cannot answer/handle your client, you better change your profession. I paid you to answer my questions, understand? If I knew the process I would have been filed by my own. I wouldn't hire you. Then again when the case was approved he started to behave nicely. He texts and emails me almost everyday. At the end he begged me to give him a 5 star review. Unbelievable! You got this! This lawyer was good in the past but nowadays he became greedy, very poor at communication, take the case longer than expected. Find a better lawyer than him.
