It is now two days later and they did not even give me a call back or anything. When I called them right now, being the one that initiated the second call, the mail that answered had absolutely no reason why they didn't call me back. The only reason that he stated was because they don't work on Sundays. I let him know that in psychiatry, any reasonable person would think it's extremely important that they check their messages when they come in having somebody on call to do that for their patients. Supremely important is that they return phone calls. Any reasonable person in my opinion would believe that if you're dealing in psychiatry, actually somebody's life could be on the line and you don't even call them back for two days. Note that I'm not saying that that's in my case but they have no idea who I am and who the people are. They are calling for the first time. For me to witness them dropping the ball this seriously, I'll be calling somebody else that shows the importance needed to do this type of work and to take it seriously enough. I offered him more than one time to give me a good explanation on why they never called back and he was unable to do it and only apologized. In my opinion, others should realize that they did this.

Joy does NOT have the ability to do your work for you and lastly Joy does NOT by any means sell herself short on the services that she provides. Joy, you are an absolute god send. Seriously.... I have been thru various counseling all of my life but that didn't resolve my issues nor did it really give me the tools needed to actually resolve them. So since I had tried that previously and pretty much got the same result, I knew I had to try something different. So, what did I do? I went to my trusty yelp and reached out and received several responses. I had a few phone interviews because I needed to find the right person to help me thru some heavy stuff. I liked Joy right off the bat. You can simply tell by the tone in her voice that she is an angel. I signed up for 6 sessions with Joy...and after my 6th session, I signed up for 6 more. And I threw Joy some crazy challenges (nothing in my life has EVER been easy)....there were issues that she flat out told me she couldn't do anything about (I appreciate the honestly more than you know) and there were some issues where I really feel like I challenged her but guess what? SHE NEVER GAVE UP ON ME. SHE NEVER TOLD ME SHE COULDN'T WITHOUT AN EXPLANATION (again she doesn't have a magic wand). Instead what I received was far far greater than any gift...Joy gave me the tools I needed to see where my deficiencies came from and also gave me some positive insight as to how to fix the behaviors and this is something I now work on EVERY SINGLE DAY and it's made me a better person. So if you feel like you are stuck, and don't know where to go, and you have tried traditional methods (and they haven't really worked) I would seriously urge you to give Joy a call...set up and appointment and more importantly work on your (O&*%(Q*&)%(. So my friend helped me to stop by getting this hypnosis sessions...For $700.00. My first appointment was via phone. This was to gather info to help discover my problems and what to go over to repair. My second was Video for the actual Hypnosis to solve. He then gave me a copy to listen to daily. So I did. After a long period I felt no real change. So we contacted them, Mr Grossman and his wife. He then offered an additional hypnosis session for free and the recording of that session. So I listened to that everyday for a long time as well. Soon I realized i started drinking more soda. Now I fight even harder everyday to stop and even go back to what I was drinking. I believe hearing so much talk about soda made it stick in my head. I underwent a CT scan as my doctor order as a routine being a smoker and over the age of 50. I had no symptoms, and felt fine. The scan revealed 3 nodules in my lung. Instantly a wake up call. I was terrified. I knew I had failed quiting on my own, how would I do alone? Then I foumd Dr. Grossman, he made me feel like I mattered and was important. he got me in right at his next available appointment. SUCCESS!!!!! I went to the follow up CT scan ( 4 months later) and the nodules had shrunk! I am excited as I am going for this next one and it'll be a year and 3 months sinc they were discovered. Thank you Dr. Grossman you have made me a NON SMOKER and the confidence to continue being a NON SMOKER and live a healthier life. I recommend Dr. Grossman's Hypnotherapy to anyone who needs help with anything they would like to change in their life, whatever that maybe. The money you will spend is well worth it, remember you can't take it with you, what better way to spend it then on yourself and be healthier and happy(and maybe live longer)!
