Dr. Bricker has a great humor while also knowing when to be serious and brainstorm diagnosis, treatment, and options. We changed vets from a Marion practice to this vet 15mins away because we believe them to be superior. I served on the Marion-Grant County Humane Society board of directors for about eight years. Dr. Pearson worked closely with us and our animals offering her expertise and services either at cost or pro-bono. The technology available here is an unexpected surprise for such a rural community and their expertise is among the best in Grant County. They worked with us on payment arrangements for services we couldn't afford immediately as long as we made agreed-upon payments.

The new staff this year two visits and my dog was Still not given his shots and I will not go back. if Your dog any amount of energy or Barks at all they won't be able to handle them. Especially if your dog does not prefer someone's hand dangled right above their head to reach for the leash and jerked away quickly this is likely not the office for you. Also in two visits not once did staff even attempt to speak to or pet my dog. I was completely blown away by my experience both times.

They have always been so nice and good with our animals, until this visit. The office manager that use to be there isn't there anymore and the new one, well she couldn't have been anymore rude. She acted like we neglected our dog because she had fleas. She gets frontline every month, so we really didn't know she had fleas. That lady said she would give us flea meds "at cost" which was $70, they were expired. So she sold us expired meds. I've never been treated so rude and made to feel like trash by anyone there and that's how that lady made us feel. It was sickening really. Now we will have to find a new vet because I don't feel like they will be nice to our pets now.

He's all smiles when he's selling/installing the product. He installed my dog fence around 9 yrs…read moreago. He cut my irrigation line because he didn't call 811 before digging (and didn't pay for damaging the line after we informed him of what he did). Then, when I needed to bury another utility line, he had the audacity to charge me $50 to come locate the dog fence. Fast forward to last Thursday, I needed a replacement collar. He said that he'd program a collar, mail it, and I'd have Saturday. Saturday came and went, no collar. Sunday, my dog gets out of the house and runs through 3 neighborhoods for over an hour. We finally retrieved him, when a car swerved to miss hitting him. Then this guy shows up unannounced Monday morning to drop off the collar-which doesn't work on my fence, but works on my neighbor across the street. There are several other neighbors who have dog guard fences. It doesn't work on any of their fences, just the neighbor directly across the street (we got our fences relatively at the same time). Instead of admitting that he programmed my collar wrong, he tried to upsell me on new equipment. I wouldn't use this guy. The fence is great, use another contractor.
