While satisfied with the resolution, it was frustrating to deal with. ************ I took a formal dress to Beth's to have the shoulders taken in a little. Felt like it was an easy enough alteration but apparently not. As you can see in the picture the seam is not flush. It is bunched and has a point to it. I also paid $37 for this subpar work. Thanks for ruining a $300 dress. Think twice before you use them for any of your formal wear.

I put Ms. Kim through a lot when I first had her alter the dress to fit my larger size and then I lost 60 lbs! She had to basically rework everything she had done and she did it with kindness and professionalism.
