It's been three years since we bought our house, and we still remember our wonderful realtor, Olga…read morePopova. We were very surprised when we visited Yelp and did not find our review. With the move, we then got bogged down and apparently it was not written, just saying our admiration to Olga personally. We hasten to correct our oversight. Our house purchase coincided with the hottest moving time, when crowds were leaving California. Houses in every state were flying out like hotcakes. And when we were desperate to find a house, Olga came along and helped us out. We did not even come to see the house, trusting Olga, who came to Hot Springs especially for us and showed us the entire house in real time on video cause it would be a long drive for us from California to take a look in person. Olga then found us a competent lender who gave us the best deal. And now we live in our dream home, in the middle of pine trees enjoying the nature. We feed the reindeer from our hands and enjoy our life! Thank you for everything, dear Olga!

Called again and finally a young woman came out to measure our wall and give us an estimate. We waited 10 days for the estimate, no response, called again and were told we would get an estimate within two days. It never happened, we never ever got an estimate. This company should have just been upfront with us and told us they prefer to do commercial and not residential jobs. We wasted 6 weeks with this company. Horrible. We ended up using Competitive Masonry, they came out right away and did a beautiful job.

It was fun to see his precision on a backhoe. His landscaping project on our lot included large block retaining walls, construction of a raised parking pad, construction of the driveway and 2 lower parking areas, tree removal, septic system work, loads of gravel/dirt, and gorgeous landscaping including boulder retaining walls. This was a major project, and we loved every minute of it. Leroy is just a great guy who was fun to be around. He and Greg are now considered friends. We will only use Singer Construction in the future and highly recommend Leroy.
