Went back to the store and we were told that there are no returns or exchanges and we could only send it in for repair. So, we told them to send it in. When it came back from service, it still didn't work. Wrote "customer" service and they said that since we signed the "repair" order, it couldn't be returned. And, this was after telling them what had happened, that their employee had lied about returns, etc. Absolutely useless and dishonest.
