The staff goes out of their way to take care of the customers, more so than any other business I've been to. If you have an issue, they will often bend over backwards to make it right, generally without you needing to ask. This is how all small businesses should run. Loyalty rewards are fair and carry a wide selection of vaping supplies and liquids, both premium and store brand. The only thing negative I can say about this store is that from time to time they are out of stock of coils. It happens more than I would like but they always seem to restock fairly quickly (within a week or less). There is a vape store right next to my house and a few other I pass on my daily commute. I always go out of my way to go back to this store where I'm treated as more than just another customer. (This business offers incentives to posting reviews, either good or bad. I've have not been compensated for this review and will not accept any for my opinion)

Many employees appear to be consistently overworked due to staffing shortages and demanding workloads. Workers are often expected to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, including customer service, inventory , maintenance with the store, other operational tasks. There are concerns that employees are not receiving sufficient breaks during long shifts and that scheduling practices may contribute to physical and mental exhaustion. Excessive workloads can negatively impact employee well-being, workplace morale, and the quality of customer service. Additionally, some employees feel their concerns regarding workload, scheduling, and workplace expectations are not being adequately addressed. A healthy workplace should encourage open communication between management and staff and ensure that employee concerns are taken seriously and handled fairly. RIP OFF!!!! RIP OFF!!!! I went in to ask about an issue…read morewith my mod and the guy gave his sales pitch and told me my mod was garbage. I didn't have my phone on me to check the online price, so I went for it. Needless to say based off my first two words, total rip off. I understand that the internet is a cheaper place to buy things and actual brick and mortar stores need to charge more because they have more overhead. Great, small businesses doing what they need to do. But let me ask you this? I was charged $100 for the ipv400. If you go to the link below it's about $53. https://buyvaporizerpen.com/mods/ipv-400-200w-mod That is almost 100% increase in price. So with that being said, stay away unless you just love to get ripped off. They have a NO RETURN, NO REFUND policy so there is nothing you can do, trust me, I tried to return it but with no luck. Guess they don't care about losing a heavy vaping customer just to double their money on one sale. Pretty cool place at first, but high-pressure sales and trying to mask the rip off with a couple free plastic bottles to make you think you're getting a deal, makes it not so cool. Won't ever be going back, I would advise you not either, unless like I said, you like paying double for something.
