I scheduled and paid in full for a transfer the week before my three-day trip, and the company confirmed the round-trip booking. The first half (from Geneva Airport to my drop-off location) went perfectly. However, two days later I got a call from company telling me they were changing my pick-up location because they "no longer go there in the winter season". They now wanted me to walk 20 minutes in the pouring rain (despite having paid for door-to-door service). When I declined and asked for the return trip to be cancelled and refunded, I was told by the representative that she would cancel the return, but I needed to send an email to request the refund. I did so. A few days later, they refused to issue the refund, because it had been a "last-minute cancellation". A colleague of mine had the exact same experience. Online reviews of the companies that have since become AlpyTransfers are also very negative. Thus, I strongly recommend against using this company, no matter what name they are going by. I'd advise against using ChamExpress shared transfers, their T&Cs allow them to leave you with a…read morevery long wait time and they will NOT refund you anything despite clearly being unable to deliver their service. We had early morning flights into Geneva, we got a text the night before giving us a transfer time of 2.30pm - almost a 4 hour wait at the airport. They clearly couldn't get a shared transfer in the morning and made sure our pick-up time came in just under their 4hour window in their terms and conditions to avoid having to refund us. We ended up hiring a car, so paid their full fare and for alternative transport. I'm glad we did as we then got a day on the slopes that we would have otherwise missed out on, but it was frustrating to pay them for a service they didn't provide. They also refused us a refund on the return journey which was entirely unreasonable.

Honestly they were so kind and willing to help us. I was so grateful after a super stressful day that our transfer was waiting for us when we arrived at Geneva.
