Rude, rude, rude! When I arrived, I could tell one lady was "disappointed" that a customer was coming through the door. It was ridiculous. And the services--well, mediocre work on nails. I tried - I really did. Been going here for about a year now. It's a decent shop and I only had minor issues. Nothing major to complain about. The female owner's mouth can be reckless but she rarely did my nails. The times she has, the product is great but her attitude is horrible! Once, I asked for an American manicure (heck, that's what it was in the 90s). She berated me for wanting something old. I cared not, I'm paying for a service. Perform the service please. But this weekend took the cake. I showed her a picture of the color I wanted since I didn't quite see it on the color swatch. She was annoyed and said to pick a color. I don't work there, I don't know what they have. So I again showed her the picture...she again said pick a color. So I did. But the color and the number did not match. It was 2 completely different shades. The naked eye could see that much. Again...her mouth is reckless. She starts telling me how she likes it and it's a pretty color. I didn't give a flying flip what SHE likes, it's MY money. Never again...I'll paint my own toes with a broom before I frequent their business again. They did a pretty good job on my full set with regular polish-- very professional and fairly priced ($23 for the full set, $3 for the shape). However charged my friend $28 for a fill with gel polish and did not correct a crooked nail, nor did they touch up the shape (sharpen up the edges of square shape) as you would expect of a fill in and polish change. Their menu specified $20 for a gel fill, but they claimed they charged $8 to remove the original polish. Definitely a rip off. I can't trust they'll provide honest pricing in the future even if I wanted to return. read more

There was only 3 nail techs here, she failed at getting my shape right, and over charged me when I was looking directly at the price list! Hannah did my nails. It was my first time there. She has a very bad attitude. She is not friendly at all! She snatches on your hand and does not listen. Her hands were shaking badly as if she was high. I told her that she was hurting my hands and she acted as though it was a problem. She has very bad customer service. I noticed that she was very nice and friendly to other customers. She told all of them good bye but rolled her eyes at me and didn't say anything to me! read more

Some of the techs are extremely rude. It seems that you cannot ask questions and they get angry when you decline a service.

I went in to get my lashes done a full set and my toes polished with gel like always and I was literally there for 3 hours. When I finally got in the chair the women doing my nails ripped of the remaining nail I previously had done and continue even after I told her that it hurt! The older women that's was filing the gel off my toes dug into my nail with the drill and I told her that it hurt and she continued to do so. She polished my toes under the table I was sitting at so, I couldn't see that she did a sloppy job there was polish in the crease of my toes. My nails were crooked, messy and different lengths. When you point out problems they get mad and rush work. But my lashes are ALWAYS BOMB! NEED to find a new shop to go to! read more

Well, I've been on a hunt to find a good quality nail salon where not only the prices were decent, but the staff treated you as if you were a priority! The salon itself was in great shape, clean and fresh. They lined the pedicure tub with the plastic covering to insure the most germfree pedicure that one can have. This was my first time going (referred to by a friend) but it defiantly wont' be my last!! VERY SATISFIED! read more
