Nataha stated I was required to complete DDD trainings for July, August, Sept, Oct, Nov, and Dec. I informed her the state only required the DUE DATES we only in July why complete all of those months? Went for a drug test (Century Road PARAMUS 3RD fl.) two staff there had no clue to complete their job effectively! I urinated in a cup almost fill to top Staff informed me I NEED MORE I had lots of water but was unable to produce more urine. Treat your employees better not because they are contractors you treat them poorly .i worked with this company for a few months.. my patent said I sexually assaulted her ( im an a female nurse ) I was under investigation.. not once management called or text to see how I was doing... they treated me like I was guilty. I also referred my friend Tameika and was promised a referral bonus she emailed them several time they never responded and I never got it .. Karissa and Marion are terrible. THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, they want you to go thru all of these clearances and don't compensate you what so ever they are rude when you ask questions and they make people go out there way and don't even secure a job. read more

First, the positive. They introduced me to a new career (paraprofessional) that I now love. They kept me working for an entire school year, in various placements. Thanks to a placement in the fall, I have now been hired by the district. Aside from that they are very difficult to work with. First, you get work FROM them, you are not an employee you are an independent contractor. They do that so they don't have to offer benefits or pay taxes on you. They rarely return phone calls or emails. Generally, I would send a second email and they would respond a week later claiming they never got the first one. They will screw you out of pay if they can find a way. With some work, I did get paid for every hour I worked, but they make that a hassle. If you need something from them, if you get it, it takes several phone calls, emails and jumping through hoops. All I needed from them was for them to check three boxes on a form affirming that I was never accused of child abuse and then fax or email it to my new employer. I took several emails from me, several from my new employer, me filling out the form several times in various ways they told me to and several weeks to finally get the form to my new employer. Completing this form would take them about one minute, yet it took weeks. They also would send me to jobs without any information, literally. For one assignment they only told me which school to go to and what time to be there. No child's name, no teacher's name, nothing. Frankly, they hire anyone. I had a couple days that I needed them to send in a sub for me. Each time, when I returned to work, I was told the sub was an idiot and unprofessional. They do not have a good reputation. They also pay less than other agencies. If you are desperate for work, go ahead and contract with them, but keep looking. Try other agencies or apply directly to jobs. read more

A great place to work , especially if your someone who likes to work at your own pace . I love how flexible the schedules are. This is the only job and company I have found that can completely work with my college schedule, as the semesters change class times frequently. The pay is good and how soon it comes is a bonus . They have many options and shifts available which is another plus and last but not least being independent allows your work,to work around your life . Things happen all the time in life , but working with this company takes the stress off that you would have anywhere else due to being able to make your own schedule. read more

Delta T is horribly managed. The pay is always late and they will give you a host of ridiculous excuses as to why your pay is late. The pay is supposed to be weekly, but it has been almost monthly for me. They also won't tell you that your paycheck didn't go through. You find out yourself way too late when it didn't come in the mail. Then they can't process it until the next week, making it 2-3 weeks late. They offer direct deposit and even though I talked to someone about it, I still have yet to see a check deposited. You have to fax ALL of your paperwork including your work invoices. They have lost my paperwork several times, resulting in late paychecks. I make sure to always keep my fax confirmations for weeks after. You can fax your work from the school but sometimes you need to get it to them right away, and have to pay out of pocket if you don't have a fax machine. You get used to paying double after a while since there's a good chance of them losing your papers. I was promised several different opportunities but they were never brought up again. The employees basically harass me for my availability or whenever they want to contact me (several phone calls, voicemails, and emails). For as much harassing-style communication I have received from them, it always takes them a very long time to get back to me when I have questions regarding my current position, or receiving my paycheck. Every time I call them, no one answers. If you decide to work here, don't stop applying for other jobs. The pay, security, and management is all crap. Interview at other places whenever you can. For me, choosing to work at Delta T was a huge mistake and I imagine it will be that way for you as well. I'm in the process of applying and interviewing at other places. If you have a choice, don't choose Delta T. read more
