I have always enjoyed this location among several offered at the DTW airport. Staff greet you quickly and provide any updates for your upcoming connection. The tram is also located conveniently across from the Delta Sky Club entry, making it easier to head to the B or C terminals if that is where your connecting flight gate is at. The restrooms are smaller than the larger size clubs, and that is the only concern at this location.

Smaller than the main Sky Club at the Center, the DTW Detroit Airport's A concourse is massive - a mile from end to end. And you can't be expected to go a half mile without a Sky Club, so here's one at the tram station on the North end of the terminal. If you've been to the South Sky Club then you've been here. Easily accessed from the tram, or you can get the escalator/elevator upstairs. Entry to the Club has a gatekeeper who will check your access. Inside, it's not huge but there are lots of small spaces that help to keep the noise to a minimum. No sleeping areas, but you could perhaps catch a short nap in one of these chairs. Hot and cold food, snacks, drinks, self-service liquor, coffee, sweets. Wifi is also available and there are plenty of US-style power outlets. [Review 10121 overall, 1707 of 2018.]

Quiet. Well stocked. Not as many food options as some larger Sky Clubs. Still provides a fair amount of options for vegetarians, gluten abstainers, persons that prefer dairy alternatives. The coffee machine wasn't in service when I arrived. Someone almost started a fire when their croissant got stuck in the toaster.

Cute lounge. Not the largest I've ever been in. But it's spaced out nicely. Food and bar are in the back. Staff is very friendly. Lots of comfortable seating options. Plenty of outlets. Very clean bathrooms.

Hey there, I stopped in recently at the DTW location. I fly 200 days a year so I greatly appreciate these little reprieves. With today's human condition we are soooo quick to complain I try to point out good service when I experience it. I want to give some recognition to Ms. Tina who was working the morning I popped in. I'm sure it has been hectic for her and all the other airport workers this week with the weather and flight issues so I understand when people are less than 100% but Ms. Tina was AMAZING! She was welcoming, patient, sweet, helpful and a fantastic representative for your company. I left behind a small item that she could have easily tossed out (some wonderful oranges and a phenomenal piece of cheesecake- HA HA)- I came back an hour or so later and she had held it in case I came back. If there is any way to show her some appreciation or give her some recognition please do on my behalf. Her energy was true and authentic, and I'm sure she represents herself and your company this way every day!

Hey I am not in a rush and $900 is more than half my rent next month. Yeah I am going to be practical with it. If I didn't have the Sky Club membership via my AMEX Reserve card I probably wouldn't have done it. This place has classical music, comfortable chairs, plenty of charging ports for my devices and better food than most hotels. It might be a little inconvenient, but being flexible is always a good thing.

I had the opportunity to visit it for the first time, and because it was not crowded, it made for a pleasant experience. I had already visited a Delta Sky Club in Chicago in the morning, so knew another visit on my layover would not additionally cut into my allocation of fifteen for the year. Both my arriving and departure flights were in terminal A. The delta app will give real-time crowdedness, and it was clear that the 4 lounges in A were quite busy, with some having queues. It was a 2 hour layover, and my inbound flight was early, so decided to take the upper level train to get there. The train just goes back forth from one end of Terminal A (gates A1 - A28; gates A56 - A78). The middle stop is for baggage claim and also has an underground tunnel that goes to Terminal B & C (it's about a 10 minute walk). The lounge is relatively small with a tiny bar (the soda fountain needs to be operated by the bartender) and small buffet area. All three beers on tap were available as complementary so got the tangerine wheat, and the simple curry chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans was good. Glad I stopped by for a late lunch. Just had to remember to leave with plenty of time to catch the boarding call for my connecting flight in Terminal A.

Eggs with chives were super lumpy and without flavor. Other options were: French baguette with lox, mini egg salad sandwiches, yogurt and non-dairy yogurt with fruit, fresh fruit, hot oatmeal, and bagels/muffins/pastries. Lunch--by far more tastier than breakfast. Our favorite was the chicken parmesan and penne Alfredo. Other options were: caprese skewers, prosciutto wrapped melon, fresh cut up fruit, pita bites with hummus and spinach/artichoke dip, fresh salad fixings, turkey and cheddar sliders, roasted pepper Boursin baguette, and chicken noodle soup/broccoli cheddar soup. Drinks--self serve soda machine, self serve cappuccino machine, lemonade bar, select juices, and a full service bar (with certain drinks that are complimentary). We're so glad we had time to have some lunch, because this changed our whole mind about this lounge. I also appreciated the wonderfully clean restrooms and Grown Alchemist hand soap was a nice touch. Also, they do have complementary magazines, which was nice reading material to take on the plane.
