We were told by whoever finally responded to the security system, that the staff member was "probably on the way because they weren't calling him back". After waiting over 20 minutes, I finally received a call from someone named Parm, who said my appointment was actually scheduled on March 22nd. When I tried to explain to him that I had canceled that appointment and rescheduled for today, he immediately cut me off and told me that I needed to listen to him now. My fiance overhead his tone of voice and immediately told him that he wasn't to speak to me in that manner. Bottom line, things happen for a reason. We were unable to tour the venue as scheduled, treated very unprofessionally by the staff, and therefore decided to look elsewhere for our wedding venue.

We recently hosted our daughter's wedding at August Meadows, and it was truly perfect. She had a…read moreclear vision for her big day, and this venue brought it to life beautifully. The owners were incredibly supportive--reliable, responsive, and followed through on every promise. One of the things we appreciated most was their flexibility. Unlike many venues that require you to use their preferred vendors for catering, bartending, or florals, August Meadows gave us the freedom to choose our own. That made a huge difference in creating a day that felt personal and unique. We also opted to have them handle the cleanup the following morning, and it was absolutely worth the extra cost--stress-free and seamless. The location itself is secluded and offers a wonderful sense of privacy. I highly recommend visiting in person to ensure it aligns with your expectations. As a small heads-up: the parking area is unpaved, and there's a bit of gravel to walk through, which posed a slight challenge for a few guests in high heels. Also, having a microwave in the clubhouse would be a nice addition. Other than that, our experience was outstanding. I would wholeheartedly recommend August Meadows to anyone looking for a beautiful, flexible, and well-managed venue.

Owner was very helpful with valuable suggestions to make the event a success. Private location surrounded by trees has a large grass area, great gazebo in the round area set up for drinks, and a cement area ideal for dancing. Rooms available for bridal party to get dressed (wished it had AC) for the big day. Strongly recommend you check this venue out. The parking area is dirt (owner made sure it was watered prior so minimal dust). Getting from the parking area into the venue area there is small gravel so watch your step and footwear.

She answered all my questions asked the necessary questions to provide the most accurate and detailed ceremony. I absolutely loved that she was able to do the ceremony and both English and Spanish so everyone attending could understand what was being said. She was very understanding of what I wanted since this was a nontraditional quinceanera. However, I wanted some tradition involved, and she did that perfectly!! Before during and after she assured me, everything would be OK. I was a nervous wreck. I just wanted my daughter's party to be perfect. We ran late and she was definitely OK. She just wanted to make sure we were OK. It wasn't about anybody else but us and I appreciate that about her. She is in this business wholeheartedly. She puts her heart and soul into her ceremonies. I feel very blessed that I was able to come in contact with her. Thank you so much Lupe!!! Some of my guests are still reaching out to me to let me know that this is the most beautiful blessing ceremony they have ever witnessed!! I am forever grateful to you!!
