I also asked him when I got there To change rotors for the rear that I normally do myself because it takes all of about 10 or 15 minutes. I already had the rotors. Today I decided that I didn't want to do that because it was raining outside and I figured they would give a nice little price break since I always talk to them. I got my bill and it was $123 to take off two screws for the calipers and a set screw to hold the rotors in place. They already had to take the back wheels off to do the inspection. So I confront of them today and ask him about that and he got all sassy with me so we'll maybe you should've asked for a quote in the beginning. I was never much of one to trust mechanics in the beginning and I thought these guys were honest. But as of today I have realize that they are not so much anymore and now I'm going to find a new mechanic. If it was available I would give 0 star!s!!!

I can personally attest to their skills in this area (a number of muffler detachments, and a particularly large possum mean I've had multiple vehicle jobs done here), but the establishment is an official garage and inspection station with a wide variety of services. Good labor rates and the experienced eye of the mechanics here make Sponenberg a good garage for your next car repair. Assuming you can get in there. The one downside is I'm not the only customer, and often times there's a wait time of a few days before space is freed-up for work. Can't blame them for getting a lot of business though. I've even had an engine swap performed here.
