History

Established in 2016.

We opened in a tiny house on a gravel lot in May 2016. All you need for good medicine is a closed door for privacy, a comfortable environment and time to talk. IN July, we moved into our current location: 2400 square feet with a full lab, X-ray facilities, retro floors and a barn door. We made our rooms too big for cattle-branding stations and forgot to put in turnstiles, so we bought some nice art and a couple of couches. We invite people to come in, be comfortable and talk, We hope people will open up about their worries, address their whole health and make informed decisions about prevention. Or else just come in fast to fix whatever needs fixing! We really are the anti-clinic! We are different. We are a throwback that is powered by technology.

Meet the Business Owner: Dino R.

Dr. Ramzi is a journeyman physician with a public health degree. He has held a Chief Medical Officer position at a safety net clinic and was faculty member at an academic medical center teaching students, family medicine residents and physician assistants. The motivation for starting this business was the realization that working with insurance companies was beginning to interfere with physicians' ability to "do the right thing" for their patients. Wasting time on prior authorizations and charging inflated prices to cover the expenses of billing was out of hand. We can offer reasonable monthly fees because we have very few staff and so we don't need to see 30 people in a day. This is the way medicine was always supposed to be.
