I literally called this florist at 4:50 the day before the funeral. I had zero hope that I was going to get anything this nice delivered to the church the next day. I asked for them to send me a picture just so I could tell my mother-in-law which floral arrangement was ours and I was blown away. They sent me this picture at 8pm the same night I ordered!! There were no reviews so I had nothing to go by. I called and spoke to Debbie. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I appreciated the way I was treated over the phone. I told her I would go home and think about what I wanted and call her the next day. I was so very grateful for all the info she had given me the night before. I placed the order first thing the next day. Debbie was patient and kind. I had no idea what I wanted and she walked me down the path to get the end result that I expected. She made the process easy and I was able to do everything over the phone. I am almost 200 miles away. This helped me out. I hope my friend's family enjoys the arrangement. Once I get pictures of the arrangement, I will post. I definitely recommend.

The store beat their ready time by a few hours and the end product was a dozen beautiful long stemmed roses which stayed fresh looking for the duration of my visit. I told her it was my first time sending flowers and she walked me quickly through my different ordering options. It was an emotional phone call to make but the staff person handled the process professionally and with warmth. I felt confident that a beautiful bouquet arrived to the funeral home in a timely manner. I hope to not have to send flowers for this reason again anytime soon but was pleased with my experience.
