Managed by Shimon Surkis, Managed by Shimon and Motti (only name given even in written correspondence), managed by Shimon, Motti and a partner local provider. All changes were to improve quality and responsiveness. Never happened. Now according to an email from Refresh they no longer serve my area. I have been charged for services never received in a billing system that bills at the beginning of the month for services provided during the month. They keep your credit card number on file. Shimon presented as a full service provider but for a small landscaping project he subcontracted 3 small tasks: planting a tree, putting down small decorative rocks and curbing. Service is poor and unreliable. His billing practice is a false representation of what was actually delivered. His involvement in the actual on site work is barely minimal. He even leaves the AC running in his Cadillac when he drops by. Yep ...... hit and run.
