Further more, you damaged the collar and bolts for the toilet resulting in leaks. Due to the type of pipe under the toilet to the stack, it had to be cut and a new collar and bolts installed. Well he rolled it in rolls that were too big for our trash pick up and didn't tie them. He left carpet all over my hallway and didn't offer to vacuum or sweep. I can deal with all of that BUT he left a few staples on the floor AND left his utility knife with blade open on my new carpet. I have small children, this was not ok. I then stepped on a staple and got it up my foot. I will never return to Jamie's if they let people that work like this in my home.
