We spent about a month searching and interviewing candidate attorneys, and in the end Mr. Coniglio came out at the top for my newphew's particular scenario. We just received the news that the motions that Mr. Coniglio and his team presented to the court were granted. He was extremely professional, efficient and cost effective and he operates with the utmost integrity. Additionally, as a retired software exec who has led numerous tech companies, I am very particular when it comes to detailed / technical writing, and I knew we were in good hands when I didn't have even a single edit suggestion for the motions that Mr. Coniglio and team drafted (a rarity for me). I highly recommend John Coniglio and his team.

Great Estate Planning Support!!!…read more I moved from out of state and had to have all of my estate planning documents updated per California law. Daniel Hollingsworth came highly recommended from friends, and I was able to quickly pass him my expired estate/trust documents to 1) make them CA-compliant and 2) also insert my own needed updates to reflect my current estate situation. After he had a chance to review my expired estate plan, I met with Daniel; he explained the differences between my previous state's laws and CA law, the changes he recommended and the rationale for each change. I found his opinions to be very insightful and appreciated the examples and scenarios he gave me to consider for each change. Daniel really put me at choice--and I felt I really understood my choices. I appreciated his explanations and the professionalism he exhibited in dealing with some touchy/feely family considerations too. Daniel and his staff quickly turned around my estate plan, and then he met with me and my young adult daughter so that I could sign off the final documents. He made the sign off quick for me, and yet very understandable for my daughter, who is one of my trustees. He also offered to do the same walk-through of documents for my adult son (also a trustee, but unavailable that day)--and it was so helpful to have everyone feel competent and confident in executing the estate plan together. I recommend Daniel for anyone who needs an estate plan/trust.  It was a night/day difference between his support and my previous experience out-of-state--and motivated me to write this recommendation. In fact, I'm referring my brother to him, as he is in the same process and I know Daniel is someone he can trust and depend on. Laura -- Pacific Grove

It did not help that the other two incompetent attorneys who didn't last very long on my case did not work out. I really cannot say enough about this man, Tony Piccuta. He took my case from another lawyer because I was not getting the help or Understanding from the first lawyer. I had been through a accident, amputated my leg off my body! Thank God I was saved by a bystander. Tony had met me before I hired him when he saw me in a wheelchair. I had some questionable actions going on with my then current attorney . Tony gave me his card if I needed anymore questions. But after my 4th surgery( I have had 10 surgeries so far) I was having a lot of conditions pop up with the medications and hospital times. I was getting severely depressed and We didn't know if I was going to be able to keep the leg that the trauma hospital had saved and attached back on my body. Yes, my leg had been severed off and they reattached it after a Cal Star flight to San Jose regional Trauma Center. Let me tell you that when the first lawyer scoffed at my latest surgery horror story, that I was so upset about and wanting to give up hope.. I called Piccuta. He was a new lawyer to Monterey. But I had his card in my hand. Best call I have Ever made. He listed to me. He was extremely understanding of my condition and he was immensely supportive. I immediately fired my attorney and hired Tony Piccuta. Best decision I have ever made. When you meet Tony and shake his hand you instantly know that he is your man. He persevered thru all the rest of my surgeries. He approaches things in a no-nonsense way in that he is a straight shooter. He leaves absolutely no stone unturned and finds every angle of the case. And he also listen 's intently when you speak with him because, he actually really cares about people and not how much money you might be able to make him with your injury case. How refreshing. No frills or gimmicks or under handed business. This honestly is the first lawyer in my 50+ years here on earth that has Integrity and Ethical values like no other. It shows in everything he does. Tony won my case for more $$ than I would have even imagined possible and it was so well deserved . The defense lawyer was , indeed, underhanded in ways and tried to fight dirty. It took 5 days in a jury court for them to decide. Tony Piccuta fights the good fight and wins. Don't waste your time with any other injury lawyer. Like I said, I cannot say enough about this good man. Most sincerely and Gratefully T

Being represented by Jared Salter and his team was the best decision for us, as it alleviated a lot of stress during an already difficult year. This was the first PI case I had to deal with; I wasn't involved in the accident but became the primary contact for my mom who was having a hard time recovering from it. I was very appreciative of all the updates and quick responses the team provided. I never felt like I was a distraction in an otherwise busy caseload of more important clients. Jared and Alex were very straightforward and reliable in explaining and getting things moving with Medicare, workers comp, and in final negotiations. And Jared was able to negotiate up to the top offer without a lawsuit. Jared, Alex, Andrew, and the whole team at Harris Personal Injury, thank you for advocating for my mom, especially during these stressful Covid times. Crossing my fingers we never get in an accident in the future, but if anyone reading this is in need of a personal injury attorney, I highly recommend Jared Salter and Harris Personal Injury Law Office.
