    Thanks to Deliveright, this is where our guests will be sitting as we host our first Christmas.

    We ordered a couch with an estimated delivery of 12/11/25. Despite arriving in the city around then (Dallas), Deliveright postponed delivery until 12/23/25. On 12/22/25, they confirmed a delivery window for the next morning. Then they failed to arrive. No phone call, no delivery, just silence! In anticipation of the couch arriving, we already got rid of the old couch! So we were left hosting our very first Christmas without our new couch. Thanks, Deliveright. Or maybe I should say, Deliver-Wrong? Deliver-Never? As of now, the new estimated delivery date is 1/6/26. So we'll probably have to miss work on that Tuesday (like we did today), only to see them fail to deliver yet again. Customers, beware. Clients, beware. This is hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a shipping company. Fingers crossed we get our couch, eventually...     They arrived on time and gave me a courtesy call 20 minutes before. This furniture was heavy, but it was delivered with perfection. It appears that they received it at their warehouse, opened and inspected everything before they delivered it to me. I certainly appreciate that. I would absolutely recommend this company.     Here in Winston Salem, our business receives packages all day from all of the various carriers…read more(DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc). Two weeks ago, we started having problems with FedEx ground deliveries. Our manager who was doing her job, asked the FedEx ground driver (Brett) to wear a face covering when coming into her lobby (where all of her customers are waiting to or receiving service). She provided him with an alternative delivery spot as well (rear entrance away from her customers). Everyday since then, her packages have been left somewhere outside of the building. She has found packages at different spots outside and even found packages left in the rain. One package that she found outside was a 32" smart TV just left unattended. How irresponsible can you get! This obviously inmatture driver is acting like a little spoiled child. This is being done in spite of the fact that [per FedEx Customer Service's instructions] delivery instructions have been posted on the front and rear of the building. With all of the quality people in this area that are currently looking for work, why would FedEx have someone like that representing it's business. More appalling is that over a week ago, FedEx management was contacted (Matthew Sallow) without any improvement in service. Five complaints and counting. Just a few short years ago, FedEx was a primary service provider at another of our businesses, it is sad to see how far they have fallen.
