They texted prior upon delivery which was awesome! Only complaint is you may get a call the day prior and it's a different associate then the deliverer. The associate may give you the wrong time frame from actual delivery. I was bugged I had to switch my plans last minute to meet them on time. I also thought they'd install it, but they did not ring my doorbell. I happened to go outside and see they put it in the driveway in a massive box so be prepared for that kind of delivery. I decided to just do the install myself. I'm not sure if it was an option for install so maybe it was my fault? so just know that it comes in a box. 4 stars because of the install and wanting better communication upon arrival. read more

Canceled my order for no reason while I approved delivery on the site first thing in the morning. Called driver and company right away and told them I did not cancel it and the company was trying to call them to tell them to deliver. They lied to the company saying they left the area. I was tracking them and they did not and still had a way to go before being anywhere near me. company spent 3 days trying to get them to deliver it and they had to nerve to send me a next delivery date for almost 20 days later. I told them to send it back and to give me a refund. Terrible customer service. Deliveright was contracted to deliver furniture for our commercial Interior Design projects on four different projects in four different cities. Only one of those deliveries was made during the "expected lead time window" that we were given by Deliveright of 21-28 business days (and that clock starts after they pick the shipment up from the vendor, which in our experience can take up to three weeks). They had one of the orders for two months. That delivery was scheduled three times for different dates. They continued to give excuses and reschedule. When they did finally deliver the tables, they arrived two hours past the delivery window without any communication regarding the delay. They did not have the appropriate tools, the installers were inexperienced and were not prepared to provide the white glove service we paid for. IF you can reach someone in customer support, they will just give you the run around with more excuses and have zero interest in customer service or retention. READ THE 1 STAR REVIEWS! I have no idea where they get the 5 star reviews because I know our experience is the norm rather than the exception. Deliveright is notorious in the furniture industry for slow deliveries, constant delays, poor communication and horrific customer service. As suspected, I never heard from Team Deliveright and they definitely have my contact information. They can email me directly if so desired. Additionally, Eternity Modern is just as much at fault for over promising support with "fixing" the delivery but never stepping up and making sure options were available to their customer via their third party vendor. RESOLUTION WITH NO PROBLEMS! I'm giving this business 3 stars because even though there was a problem Matthew from escalations was able to resolve the issue. There is nothing better than getting a problem resolved in a timely manner. The delivery team had left my furniture boxes downstairs without assembly. They claimed it was "too heavy", but reported that "there was not enough space" to bring up the boxes. Matthew did not excuse the delivery team at all and handled my complaint with ease. Knowing that, I would not have a problem getting any delivery from Deliveright in the future with the condition that resolutions can be made with no problems. This is not a real delivery company. They are an AI service that uses third party companies to deliver products. Their customer service is non existent - they do not answer their customer service line, they do not respond to emails unless it is through the company utilizing their services. Their third party vendors are unprofessional and they themselves use their own vendors which makes it impossible to actually receive help with a delivery. I had a very good experience with these folks. They were early, in many ways. A whole month earlier than I was told, which worked out well. Then, on the actual delivery day, they were at least a couple of hours early. It was slightly inconvenient, but most definitely better than being late. Much appreciated. Communication was hampered by my own cell phone service issues. But the communication on the part of Deliveright was excellent. They called repeatedly and showed proof of that upon arrival. I did not get the 'set up' service because of the short notice of next day delivery a month prior to original schedule. My old furniture was still in place, so there was not yet a place for the new stuff to go. Deliveright was part of a multi-layered process with the company I actually bought the furniture from, but they handled their portion of it beautifully and the furniture was pristine and perfect when unwrapped for placement. The Bottom Line: All went well, even with the communication struggles due to my cell service. The delivery men were polite and efficient. There were a LOT of hands in this pie, but Deliveright did their part perfectly and I was impressed with the service. Very happy. read more

One word to describe Deliveright's service: Terrible. They are not the actual last mile delivery company, rather they subcontract jobs to local companies that are spotty at best and most often dismal. Two pieces of furniture were delivered and both were damaged on arrival. The furniture was repackaged, removed, and went out for disposition many weeks ago, without any follow-up on when they would be repaired or replaced. When I contacted Deliveright's customer service, I was told the disposition would be between the local delivery company and the furniture retailer ... essentially avoiding any responsibility for their subcontractors and condition of the furniture. When the furniture retailer contacted Deliveright directly, they only said they'd keep us informed if/when they hear something new. Weeks later, nothing has been done to resolve the situation. I ordered the furniture months ago, it was delivered damaged, and Deliveright is doing it's best to avoid responsibility for the very thing they were hired to do: deliver furniture in a brand-new, undamaged condition. I am left without furniture I've waited months to receive without any indication if it will be repaired or replaced, and now have to try to get a refund from the furniture retailer because Deliveright isn't doing their part to make things right. In the future when I order furniture, I'm going to ask who their final mile delivery company is, and if they say Deliveright, I'll be sure to take my business elsewhere. read more
