It was supposed to have been a small lunch, but was actually very filling. I will say the meat could've used a sauce. Something to cut all the grease that it was covered in. I did try someone else's chicken and it was even more in need of a flavorful sauce. That being said, it is served with ketchup and mayonnaise, which is familiar to us, but not the sauce I had in mind. Overall though, great first stop.

Found this place not very far away from Adana Ocakbasi tucked away in a side street off Osmanbey. I tried the Adana Kebap along with Cacik mezze, and I was pleasantly surprised. One of my best meals in Istanbul handsdown. The owners of the place are very friendly and despite of the language barrier, they were very helpful and offered nice recommendations. They also play live music in the place ;)
