It was my first time doing community hours. I was a little skeptic on how the environment would be…read moresince its ppl doing hrs for bad things. But the staff is very helpful and really nice, it made the process easier for me. They have answers for all your questions so don't be afraid to call in advance or just ask !

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The office manager (or at least she acts like it) is EXTREMELY…read moreunprofessional, hostile, and rude. One of their employees told me something different about the process of my case and when I held them to it, they denied all accountability and basically said I was "lying." They told me that once the judge approved the extension, I would be getting credit for the hours I completed past the due date (which the place I did my service at shouldn't have let me work) and I did as told and today they basically tell me I would get charged a $20 fee for getting the extension (which I knew) and that I would still have to complete 3 hours of community service (which I already did). They lied AGAIN. I'm so sick and tired of their lack of accountability, transparency, and communication issues. They blame it all on you and will be extremely rude and defensive for no reason. I had to stick up for myself and tell the manager that I respectfully won't be arguing with her. She has no reason to get involved with me when I wasn't talking to her in the first place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I want to begin by noting that the employees here have always been helpful. James, the manager,…read morealong with Eddie and Dylan, handled a recent uncomfortable situation professionally, and my concerns are not directed at the staff. My concern is a regular reseller whose behavior toward other shoppers is completely unacceptable. If another customer has merchandise in their cart that she wants, she will hover nearby, look into their cart, follow them through the store, make comments about what they found, and complain to other people that it is somehow "not fair." During my most recent visit, I personally experienced this behavior. She followed me around the store, repeatedly looked at and commented on what was in my cart, and made the entire shopping experience incredibly uncomfortable. I felt harassed and intimidated simply for purchasing merchandise that she apparently wanted. She then involved employees and gave an account of the situation that was inaccurate. James, Eddie, and Dylan handled the confrontation professionally, which I appreciated. Rather than simply moving on, she became argumentative and began berating employees who were trying to address the situation. I'm writing this review because after seeing another recent Yelp review about this store, I think other customers deserve additional context. Based on what I personally witnessed and experienced, there is another side to what happened. If you experience similar behavior while shopping here, including someone following you, inspecting your cart, commenting on your finds, complaining that you got merchandise they wanted, or trying to involve other shoppers or employees, just know that you are not obligated to engage with them or justify what is in your cart. Finding an item first does not make you selfish, unfair, or responsible for another reseller's disappointment. Every customer has the same right to shop without being followed, pressured, or harassed over what they found. James, Eddie, and Dylan deserve recognition for remaining professional throughout an unnecessarily hostile interaction. Unfortunately, one customer's behavior can create an enormous amount of unnecessary drama. Don't let it ruin your shopping experience or discourage you from coming here.

My friend recommended this place to me, and I was amazed by this secret garden. The environment…read morewas so comfy. I feel I could spend the whole afternoon here drinking coffee and chatting with my friends. I ordered the iced coffee which was recommended by the Barista. She asked about my preference for coffee and suggested me a fruity flavor of iced coffee. The coffee had this citrus aroma for the aftertaste, very smooth. It was just perfect as black coffee without milk or creamer. When I order Iced coffee, I am always afraid of getting a bland taste, but not in this place. The color of the coffee was not dark but the flavor/aroma was there! UPDATE: This coffee shop is run by a non-profit organization that helps developmental disabilities to learn a living skills. I got to talk to the Barista today, and she explained to me the difference between 4 hand drip coffee. Here are my little summarized descriptions. Rwanda: Barista said this coffee has the most fruity aftertaste, but it's only when it's hot. Cold coffee kinda washes away the aroma. So try it hot! Ethiopia: This is the fruit iced coffee I tried the very first time. See above review. Guatemala: I tried this today. Barista said this one is slightly bitter yet with a good chocolate aftertaste. It was very minor of bitterness, and the way I describe the aftertaste will not be chocolate but more of the caramel (burnt sugar in Flan) My favorite so far. Colombia: Barista said this one has a stronger chocolate aftertaste. I didn't get to try this time.

The cafe itself is very clean, bright, spacious and there were plenty of seats by outlets with the USB charging port. The employees were so friendly and kind, and it's really nice to see the workers with developmental disabilities thriving in a positive work environment.
