Beautiful guitar created by Manuel Delgado
    Adeline D.

I was looking for a guitar and was happy with the quality of selection at Delgado Guitars. Tyler was very attentive to my needs and super awesome in answering my questions! He gave me the space I needed to spend the time with each instrument and I never felt pressured about anything. I eventually settled on an amazing sounding OM guitar that was, in my humble opinion, a steal at it's cost. Furthermore Manuel's luthier work is stunning. He's a true master artist whose love and care for his craft really shows in the quality and in the beauty of the instruments that he creates. It was so inspiring for me to be around so much love all in one little shop. I'd hang out there all the time if I lived in Nashville :) Do yourself a favor and check thes guys out.

I had a very extensive list of upgrades I wanted to be preformed and Manuel seemed eager to make it happen.

When Kim Sherman took the reigns in 1998, she raised the bar from Richard Cotten's little corner hideaway into a world class guitar shop. Her warmth and Kentucky charm was blended with her vast knowledge of guitars, artists and the know how to suite every player's needs at any price range. That's no small fete. But, she did it by treating every buyer as special regardless of the size of their pocketbook. Placing goodness and honesty over the value of the dollar, her adoring fandom grew. This year, she was able to expand her inventory to include rare masterpieces from boutique makers from the world over by her partnership with London-based The North American Guitar. And, rather than losing the identity of her great shop where genuine warmth and Nashville courtesy always reigned supreme, she carefully chose her expanded staff to ensure her philosophy was not lost. Her inventory is now world class. But, you still feel like a valued guest and a member of her guitar family. Sound corny? Check it out for yourself. Her shop is a gem by any name. It's still Kim's fabulous corner of the guitar universe, but, bigger and better. To quote Kim, her single goal is "to just do right by my customers." And, that she does, as she has for 22 years, and will likely continue to do as long as there are guitars and players who need them.

If you're a guitar player you'll get WAY more out of the experience, drooling over all the amazing offerings and maybe even playing a few, too! Very flashy! They're very serious about care here, too The acoustics are in a separate, humidity controlled room. That's where my husband spent most of his time as he's been considering buying a new one. The tech was awesome and let him play a variety of options to help him narrow it down. They also have a ton of accessories, amps, bits and bobs you need to keep your investment in top shape. And they also have some fun souvenirs like tees, mugs, books, etc. And there's a fun stage where they'll have in store performances every so often, too. After a while I kind of lost my steam since I'm not super familiar with the merchandise but they staff there is awesome and we had a great time chatting and they kept me wonderfully entertained while my husband made his rounds. Great folks, great space, amazing products!

I couldn't get myself to play any instrument because it was so overwhelming for me to even think on what I would want to play, next time I visit I need to have an idea of what I'm looking for. A beautiful store.
